It gets two stars because it exists.
Theres only a couple of these in the entire mall and while putting miles on the feet, coming by one, is nothing short of amazing.
Nice of our nation to provide these, but, wish they were better maintained.
An entire stall was occupied by a homeless individual, who had there belongings spread out on the floor and was sleeping inside. A later stop by, confirmed this moreso, when I had walked in and they were bathing in the sink.
I've got empathy and for what it was, they were seemingly a nice individual, but makes for quite the uncomfortable situation.
Thinking the city needs more intervention, and daily cleaning...
