&pizza — Restaurant in Washington

I went to &pizza today & the service was incomparable. My servers Filese & Alejandro are the Michael Angelos of pizza making. Truly a man & woman of the people! They both led me to pizza salvation with open arms. This &pizza location (hive hotel location) is by far superior to all the other &pizza locations in the District of Colombia . I was taken care of at this location in ways I can only describe as godly. I would give up my first born son for another chance to be served by Filese & Alejandro. Thank you Thank you Thank you

I came to &Pizza today & it was just as immaculate & incomparable to any other &Pizza I’ve ever been to. The hive hotel &Pizza continues to be the best &Pizza of all the &Pizzas in the District of Columbia. They go above & beyond to make sure you leave with the best possible product & experience. &PIZZA ENGAGES IN PREDATORY CONSUMER BUSINESS PRACTICES — DO NOT ORDER. I placed an order through the &pizza app and one pizza was not included in the order. I have no way to contact either a person or a robot to resolve the issue because the phone number provided redirects you to a “feedback” site to resolve customer service issues. The feedback site is a very long survey that requires you to comment if you put less than 3 stars. Additionally, after completing the survey and giving 1 star for everything as that was my experience, I was redirected to a landing page that had a link to leave a google review that did not work. As a result of this customer service resolution structure, I was not able to contact any human or artificial entity to resolve the issue and therefore paid for a pizza I did not receive and had to redirect my time and energy to navigating this unreasonably inaccessible customer service resolution system. &pizza is engaging in predatory consumer practices and should be held accountable under the law. I entered this restaurant &(pun intended) I already fell in love. Everything looked so nice and impressive! The employees were very kind! The tables are fashionable! It even comes with a fireplace! I was so excited once I was handed the menu! And the sizes of the pizza are so creative! THEY'RE THE SANE SIZE AS THE FREAKING MENUS! The water has a taste unlike anything I've ever tasted before! That's because it comes from the fancy hose of the soda! AND THE BEST PART, It doesn't even have any carbonation! Which gives the water all the flavor of the soda, and none of the pain from drinking the soda!

And let's discuss the elephant in the room! The PIZZA! Not only is it tasty, but it's crafted in SUCH a unique style! The crust is unlike anything I've seen before! And they let me put basil pesto, and garlic oil ON THE SAME PIZZA! Rosemary is also provided! And the ingredients are so fresh! Even the price tag looks great! (Which is by definition, Impossible.)
