Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Washington

I have been ordering from this Jack in the box for over 20 years. But today I feel I had to share this experience. Whenever you order a #2 or a #11 etc. It doesn't matter if it's from McDonald's or Taco Bell, Wendy's, etc... that means a combo meal. I could tell he was helping the guy at the window and he repeated my order back to me #11 no tomatoes anything else. No sir that's it. Get to the window and hand over my payment and he hands me a bag with just the sandwich. I said I ordered a #11. That should come with fries and a drink. Well sir you didn't specify that you wanted a combo meal. Excuse me what. I have been ordering fast food for myself for over 30 years and never have I ever had to specify that I wanted fries and a drink when I order a numbered meal. From any restaurant anywhere. He proceeds to say that he could ring me up for a drink and fries. I say we'll wouldn't that cost more. Yes sir it will. No. What's the point in that. I ordered a #11 combo meal and that comes with a drink and fries. He says again sir you didn't specify that you wanted those. And this is the night manager for the shift on 5-23-22 at 7pm. I 've been going to this location for over 2 years and have had the worst experience ever. Every time I go there I have to wait at the window for over a hour. Plus can tell your employees care more about getting high on drugs then taking care of costumers orders at the drive through. I. Sick of the way they treat people. Either they take a hour or longer or they get your order wrong Every time. Tonight the line was so long I thought I go inside for service. Seen a worker go outside to take out garbage and asked if they were open inside of the lobby and he said yes twice. But when I went inside the manager said to me they wouldn't serve me because they were closed but the door was open for service and the employees outside said they were open. I wouldn't care bit she was very unprofessional and rude. Said she wouldn't serve me and lobby was closed very rudely and just mean and very heartless. Kept telly me she was closed even though other employees said they were open. So I left and decided not to go through the drive thru at all because she was so mean and very rude. Called and spoke to manager Jordan @235am his coworker Tallen helped me at the window, @2:15am Monday morning. Asked for everything fresh to order I was told that was not a problem. But entire meal came out cold and a old like taste as if it’s been sitting out for at least 4-6 hrs. No possible way this food was made fresh I didn’t find out until 12 min later when I got home. I paid 40$ for food I can’t even eat because I don’t know how long it’s been actually sitting out so not sure if it’s safe to eat. I asked Jordan if he could make this right, I was told if I could come back right now he would give me a few tacos. I told him I would bring the entire order back. He was not willing to do anything to make things right even if I brought the meal back. I want a full refund and will be bringing the entire order back in the morning. SERVICE IS DEAD IN America.
