Hardee's — Restaurant in Washington

I have worked here since Aug 13, we cook down home foods with versatile service and I really enjoy doing this job. We need online reviews for our Hardee's in Washington MO. There are really good things to say about the people working here now, but I hope you come and see us or place an order to find out yourself, why I enjoy working at this particular Hardee's. For door dashes we have special stickers to ensure the order is not tampered with after leaving the building. You can also order online, in the drive through, or by dining in. For breakfast perfection, we roll out the kneaded biscuit dough, made with a gallon of buttermilk and biscuit flour. The biscuits are then cut the height of the biscuit cutter, and put in the oven for 7 min. The precooked bacon and premade blueberry biscuits are also baked to perfection in our oven. We can cook you a frozen apple pie, french toast sticks, fritters, or hash rounds in one of our 3 fryers. We make the gravy with white gravy powder and pepper mix by adding water slowly to the mix, stirring until thickened. Omelettes, sausage, and eggs are made on the grill. The grill closes at 10:30am or 11am. At lunch time, including supper time, we make up fresh vegetables, a mushroom sauce, and a special sauce. We start making chicken patties and fingers frying them for at least 6 min at 9:45am. We make sure the chicken is done or at least 165 degree temperature after frying, by using a thermometer poking the chicken through the the middle, thickest side, and not from the top thickest spot. Also at 9:45am during breakfast, we fire up the char. This ensures lunch is hot and ready. Made when an order goes through to the cooks after 10:30am or 11am. We will start putting burgers and bread through the char as soon as an online, door dash, drive through , or dining in, order shows on our cooks' screens. An order taker will have to look up the online orders and door dash orders and send them to the cooks' screens. For door dash clients and customers, state your name at any of the registers inside or in the drive through at the order taking menus upon your arrival. At lunch and dinner, we cook regular fries, curly fries, fried chicken patties, and chicken fingers in the fryer. So I would normally not post a bad review, I’m the type to suck it up. My husband and I love Hardee’s breakfast, we have eaten at the Washington location before and it has not been the greatest so we haven’t eaten there in 6 plus months. Today we decided to give it a try, we went in the door noticed the front door is boarded up, ok anything could have happened, continue in the place it semi clean, The greeter was ok not overly nice. We ordered and found a spot to sit and wait. And wait we did, for 20+ mins, we ordered our food to dine in we were thrown a bag of food on our table, I could even over look that but when I opened the bag and pulled out my sandwich it was burnt not just over done but black burnt and the hash rounds were completely over cooked. At this point there is no making me want to eat here any longer not even asking me if they could remake something. I asked for my money to be refunded and we left. This experience here was awful and I don’t think I can ever revisit the Washington...

On Sunday May 12, 2024 my son brought me to Hardees in Washington, Mo for lunch.. they were not very busy but short staffed. It took at least 10 minutes for someone to even ask if someone helped us.. we both said no.. another 5 minutes past and the one gal said I'll be right with you.. while she got 3 orders of fries out to customers one employee was just ignoring us and continued to wipe down counters .when we were finally asked for our orders they got them wrong.. I had a medium my son a large.. 2 large cups were placed on the counter. I got my drink and sat down. Took my son another 10minutes to pay, they wanted to know if we needed anything else.. he said no, but i need to pay.. he sat down and waited for our food.. when it arrived the gal said she was putting down fries and bring them right out.. my son ate his meal while i only got my sandwich. Needless to say we both finished eating and still no fries.. we left and I was not happy with...
