Worst service and overall attitude I have ever experienced in my life. My 9 yr old daughter asked for Ikura and they gave her a salmon roll and would not take it back. Then charged me for more which I said was fine. I have never had to write a review this bad in my life and I travel all over the us for work. They should just shut down and relieve everyone from experiencing this. They also would not give us more soy sauce, wasabi, or ginger, then laughed at my family and I as we walked away peacefully. They gave us one set if chop sticks to share...

rude people, bad food, dirty, and way overpriced. more rice than avocado or cucumber in the vegetarian platter. very stingy with the sushi fillings and didn’t feel like i got my moneys worth. i would have paid $5 for this, max. and the rolls weren’t wrapped and the rice was burnt/old. a lot of the rice was undercooked and tasted stale. the the nori was chewy and the avocado tasted old. dirty kitchen and no hairnets. they pressed the roll together with a wet towel that didn’t look like it was washed, with green stuff all over it.

Place is a joke, family ordered over $100 dollars in food and they couldn’t give us a side of spicy mayo for free they really nickel and dime you here and the food isn’t that good. All rice no meat on the rolls.

First off, this isn't a restaurant. It's a walk-up-to-order place in the food court in the basement of the Wilson Building. Because of this it took me a while to find it, but that was my own fault I guess. The only reason I'm giving 3/5 stars is because there was not enough spicy salmon in my spicy salmon roll, plus it wasn't spicy at all. The Washington roll was fine, it was basically an eel and avocado roll. Buredo, a sushi burrito place down the street from here, is a way better deal if you're looking to get your raw fish on. Kabuki should have used more spicy salmon, the rice totally overtook the flavor and I'm not okay with that personally since it was a...

This place is not bad. Yall are expecting a lot from a food court teriyaki place that has downtown rent to pay. Minus one star for the signage being a bit overwhelming and confusing, and missing prices on a lot of it. I got teriyaki chicken and it was cooked well and fresh with plenty of sauce. Don't order it if you don't like cabbage. The picture had broccoli on it so I was hoping for that but it does come with a side salad with ginger dressing. But the chicken is mixed in with veggies (mostly cabbage but some carrots and onions too) but you could probably ask the grill guy to not mix them together...

I do not understand all the terrible reviews for this place, truly puzzling. I was met with warm service and pleasant ordering experience. I ordered the nigiri combo which could be seen as risky to some for a food court sushi place, and I had my doubts but the quality was good for the price paid and expectations. Is it top tier, no, but is it awful? Also no. You can safely ignore the one star reviews, if you want actual raw fish and not deep fried rolls you can order here without issue. Just know it’s an underground food court sushi place and not some high class restaurant and your expectations...
