This location in Southhill is TERRIBLE. The others in Federal Way and by the mall are great. Management needs to spend some time out in the sticks for training. Of the last three times I've been here, they have been out of boba twice at 5:00 when they close at 10:00. Then today, they didn't make a drink as ordered, and as shown on the the label. No problem it happens, but then when asked to correct it, they under flavored it. Ok, we asked them to remake it because it was not as expected and consistently delivered at the other locations. They intentionally extremely over flavored. Used a measuring device, then held the flavor over the cup for a long pour. I tried to find info to contact the manager or owner. Absolutely horrible experience. We ordered a chocolate banana milk drink for my daughter which cost $7 for my daughter and it was so awful we couldn't drink it. They were playing loud music with the f word and singing and having sexual relations. I had my 6 year old daughter in there. I was so upset we left. Went back in to tell them the music was too loud and inappropriate and the drink they made was awful. The girl behind the counter laughed at me. I got the Strawberry Lychee Green Tea and Thai Tea. The Strawberry tea was a 5/5, you can taste the strawberry, lychee, and green tea in one sip! Usually places have it over powering in one flavor but this was a great mix. The Thai Tea was a 4/5. From my view from the register it looks like it’s made with powder flavoring and not actual brewed thai tea, but for powder it was pretty good.
