Ventured the 15 min walk in crazy heat and this place did not disappoint.

They have classic flavors like taro, milk teas, and familiar fruits along with a bunch of unfamiliar flavors and all sorts of boba and jelly options.

I got a Rose Green Tea with boba (Rose from San Francisco) and my friend got the mango passion fruit with lychee jelly- both great. Good flavor, not too sweet (and any floral fans know that’s hard to do).
