This establishment is located inside the Reagan Building Food Court. This is my first time going through security in order to get some ice cream. Our favourite ice cream flavour is the pecan praline. The chocolate chip pecan cookie was thick, soft and full of chocolate and pecan. Fast service, no waiting time. There's paid parking on-site, though the rate is pretty high. Wheelchair accessibility and pram friendly. There are clean toilet facilities and drinking fountains on either side of the food court. You can access the Federal Triangle Metro directly from the building as well.

I saw great reviews but I was disappointed. This is located in the Ronald Reagan International Trade bldg among a food court. It was ok, but they wouldn't let me buy 3 scoops - only two. It was average ordinary ice cream....
