HORRIBLE customer service - really, NO customer service at all! I only gave 1 star because there is no option to give no stars! I tried to order online, but received a message that there were technical issues, and to call the store to place an order, but nobody answered. I called again and again, 7 times over the next 45-60 minutes, and still no answer. Stopped in on my way home, and it took a couple of minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order. While ordering, I asked why they weren't answering calls (phones maybe not working?). The guy replied that phones are the last priority - first they take in-store orders, then online, then phones "if we have time, but there are only 2 of us here so I didn't answer the phone". Seriously? I replied that it was poor customer service, and that they really should answer their phones so that customers could place their orders ahead of time. He continued to tell me that it was not a priority and he wasn't answering the phones. He then tried to charge about $3 more than my order total, and then "fixed it" after I pointed out that he had the incorrect total. Just as I was about to pay, he said the pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes, and asked if I was going to wait. I said, "Of course, I want my pizza, so I guess I'll have to wait." He then proceeded to tell me that "You can just leave!" At that point I raised my voice and asked him if he really just told me to leave, and why he was treating a customer that way. I asked to speak to a manager and she proceeded to come out. She was very patronizing, saying that I should just relax and breathe, and that she heard me screaming - which I definitely was NOT! The guy came back out to tell her that I WAS CRAZY, and continued to make snide comments when I was trying to speak to the manager, and she didn't even try to stop him or tell him to be quiet. I had to tell him myself that he needed to be quiet so that I could speak with her! At that point, the manager told me that we could check the caller ID because, "I don't think we had any calls from your phone." I showed her the 7 calls from my cell phone call log, and she verified that the number I called was their store number, but kept scrolling to earlier times of the day on their phone caller ID - back to 2pm! - then telling me that my calls weren't on it. I told her I had called in the previous hour, between 7-8pm, so my number will not show up from much earlier in the day. She also told me that the other guy was correct on their priorities for handling orders, at which point he again chimed in to tell her again that he thought I was crazy! I told the manager that I really could not believe how she was not handling the situation and continued allowing her employee to speak to me that way, and she just asked me if I wanted to place my pizza order! That was a big fat NO from me! Will not order from Fairwood Little Caesars again! I willalso be spreading the word through any and all social media - I have many friends and neighbors who wl no longer be patrons of this...
Read moreUpdate again: Ordered a stuffed crust deep deep dish. Got a non-stuffed deep dish, half cooked with nothing under the toppings but disgusting, soggy mush. Paid too much to just get toppings on the wrong pizza improperly cooked. Eventually they'll send someone to the hospital with their incompetence and I hope they pay. Update again: After fighting with their website for almost an hour where it kept redirecting us to a malware site, we gave up and went elsewhere. Then, the next day, I find an email from them saying the order is ready (but couldn't be loaded into the pizza portal.) I was never able to complete the payment process so I don't know how they managed to receive the order. This is not the first time their website has failed to function and yet somehow an order was sent to the store.
I'd suggest their IT department (or their host) needs a better security scheme than blocking VPN.
Update: In addition to blocking VPN for no good reason, quality, quantity and service suck.
Wife ordered, I went to pick up. While waiting I clicked the track order link and was told in big, red, fascist type and symbols: YOU ARE BLOCKED. It is because you're using those dull tools, cloudflare, who have a vendetta against vpn.

Read moreThis little Caesars used to be decent. Apparently there must be new owners within the last several months because it is seriously gone downhill. Not only did they not have the lunch special ready between 11 AM and 2 PM like they said, but then they told me it was gonna take 10 minutes for it to be ready. 25 minutes later, they asked me what I ordered again. This is in addition to about 6 to 7 people coming and going while I was waiting. One man who had ordered online, got there, and they hadn’t even started his order, let alone it wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be.
