Panda Express — Restaurant in Washington

I have never in 3 years had one single problem or mistake made from this company, specifically this location. Proof is in the pudding! I love this place! They were one of the first places to open back up after covid-19. I ate here a lot, and still do! lol This is a great place to eat! The food is cooked fresh in front of you. If you want something made fresh if your unsure. They will make it for you. I never ask because its always fresh! Except, the last 20 minutes before they close. You know what to expect every time! The employees are always so helpful and genuine! It gives off a wonderful feeling in the atmosphere because of how well everyone gets along/ works together.. like a well oiled machine. You can automatically tell by the environment how well it is being ran! They are fast and it is always SO DELICIOUS!!! If you have not tried it, I recommend it. I won't be dining at this Panda Express location anymore. Not because of the mandates but because of the service. It's just so slow every single time. I think that there should be more or different workers. They should do a better job of paying more so that more skilled employees will work there. Walked out because of poor service and register not working , just wanted my food. It's an absolute joke , over the past 2-3 years it's been getting worse and worse. They don't care about the customer . Sanitary measures aren't in place, and no guests sitting down, what an absolute joke. I think the time for Panda Express in Petrovitsky, Fairwood Location should be done . Replace it with a good food company that cares about it's workers and customers on some level at least . Replace it with a manager who takes sanitary measures as the top priority and hire better workers maybe it's time to just give it up with this location consider the Covington location is so much better cleaner and FASTER! What terrible service. Alright cheaper tasting Chinese food, but the portions are ridiculously small, or (most likely) the server just doesnt care to fill up the container all the way. I believe it is the latter. The lady seemed annoyed that I asked to taste a few dishes. I've only been to panda Express once, many years ago, and I'll probably never go again after this xp. 6$ for an entree that had only 5 pieces of shrimp. 8$ for a medium that was filled up half way, and mostly with broccoli. I'm used to getting take out where the containers are filled up to the top, packed, To be honest. This employee didnt care and it was obvious. Come on, when an customer orders food and the bowl is nearly empty, dont fill up their container half way and leave one spoon left in the bowl.
