I am writing to express my concern regarding an unfortunate experience I had during a recent visit to your restaurant. A staff member at the counter demonstrated highly unprofessional behavior and appeared untrained in basic customer service.
Our simple inquiry about sauce quickly escalated due to the employee’s rude and dismissive attitude. Rather than addressing the matter respectfully, he became argumentative and told us to “take your food and get out of here.” To make matters worse, although we had already paid for our order, he refused to provide the soda we had requested, claiming it wasn’t available — despite it clearly being stocked in the refrigerator.

Lahamjeen: if you order it to go, make sure that they add lemon sauce on the side. NOT on top of it as it cause the whole thing to be soggy and mushy which is terrible. 2. The toppings need to be bigger sliced such tomatos, pickles, cucumber, onions, etc. Having them DICED is not ideal as they add no flavor or taste. It just maybe more economical for the business, but then you are killing the actual experience and taste. The final thought is all ow the customer to choose their toppings as its a standard even in the middle east rather than making the item standard. The ac was broken which was the first issue, the second was the two employees were on their phone watching the soccer game and rude. After I ordered my $20 dollar sandwich, I asked what the fountain juice was and if I could get a sample, the one guy said it was watermelon and told me no which aggravated me further since they had no air conditioning and I purchased an expensive sandwich.
