Panda Express — Restaurant in Washington

If I could leave this place zero stars- I would! The lady did NOT put anything in our large plate except rice and let it get all the way to the register. I stood there with my receipt waiting for my food while the cashier lady rung up 5 customers after me. Another employee asked me what I was waiting for and I told her my food! She then gave me my food and when I checked it, she only gave me 1 entree with barely any meat. I asked her where was my other entree and she said, "Oh, the teriyaki is going to take 15 minutes." Then I asked and showed her "Why do I barely have any meat?" And she had the audacity to shrug and carry on. I'm amazed TWO employees failed to mention this to me. It's not even rush hour.

I. PAID. FOR. TWO. ENTREES. AND. A. BAG. Did NOT get 2 entrees AND they didn't give me the bag that I paid for. Also waited there for a good 27 minutes just for my food....

Getting to this place is an absolute nightmare. Tourists on foot beware, if you're not staying in/familiar with the area. It was so confusing and scary to navigate. We ended up in all kinds of weird underpasses and dead-end stairways and once we found our way into the mall (took 20 minutes), everything was closed and the lights were dim, which was terrifying, to say the least. But the food court was open! ...for some reason?

This Panda Express actually delivered big time. Generous portions, food was good, and the food was so fresh I could sit and watch the steam rise from it. If you want a soda, get a bottle, because the fountain was completely flat. This mall is super weird, but this Panda...

On the last day we were in DC, we basically walked on average about 11 to 12 miles daily, we were extremely tired. This place being right below the hotel, and 1 of 4 other food still open at around 6pm, this seems like the best option at the time.

The food is exactly what anyone ever ate at a PandaExpress would expect, lots of grease, loaded with salt, and when you are hungry and tired, it tasted great.
