Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Washington

My WORST pizza experience ever! The managers are unprofessional and did not care that they messed up my ordered, I ordered a large extra pepperoni with green peppers. The pizza was COLD & UNCUT. I called and let the manager know he proceeded to tell me that they were about to close and I told him that’s not my problem I ordered and payed for my order to be CORRECT. After putting me on hold for 5 min I hung up and called back and finally he told me he was sending me another one , it took the pizza a hour to get here. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced and you should not have workers working that is rushing and forget to cut a pizza. A pizza Is meant to be CUT!!!!!!!! I will never order from here again. I am a manger myself and I know the steps that are suppose to be taking when a order is messed up. Ordered a 6 piece traditional wing plain with a side of extra hot buffalo sauce, but received a 6 piece traditional wing in extra hot with blue cheese on the side (my 12 y/o will not eat a wing soaked in extra hot that is why we ordered it on the side). I ordered 20 boneless wings in hot buffalo with a side of spicy BBQ, but received 20 cold boneless wings soaked in regular BBQ so that I did not even know they were breaded and received no side. I have been ordering from this location for two years with no issues. Yesterday my boss asked me to order pizza for a meeting before I left for the evening. When she came into the office today she let me know that there was a piece of metal in her pizza (yikes). It looks like the piece in the middle of a pizza roller. I called to get a refund and got the run around about it being too late/not their fault/you're lying. A driver came to pick up the leftover pizza (There were four people at the meeting and only a few slices left). I handed over the piece of metal and my receipt.
