I had to express my utmost satisfaction with the outstanding service and quality at THE COFFEE SHOP Qargo Coffee in Washington, DC.

During my recent visit to DC, I had the pleasure of discovering Qargo Coffee and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The moment I stepped into the cafe, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air.

Qargo Coffee quickly became my daily go-to spot during my week-long stay in DC. The baristas' attention to detail, consistency in flavor, and overall customer service were truly exceptional. I must admit, I found myself eagerly looking forward to my daily visits, indulging in their delectable offerings.

Just saying the thought of Qargo Coffee expanding its presence to New York fills me with excitement. If they were to establish a location in the Big Apple, I have no doubt that it would be an instant hit. I wholeheartedly recommend Qargo Coffee to anyone looking for a top-notch coffee experience.

What makes Qargo Coffee even more special is the fact that it is a black-owned business. Supporting such enterprises is a cause I deeply believe in, and knowing that Qargo Coffee is a part of this community adds an extra layer of appreciation for their dedication and hard work.

I would rate my experience at Qargo Coffee a solid 10 out of 10. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I recommend that you go. If you are ever in DC, I urge you to make a beeline for Qargo Coffee...

The food and coffee here is great, but on multiple occasions the service here has been confusingly bad? One instance, the worker seemed as if she didn't know how to count dollars and coins and she ended up giving me the wrong change back and her coworker had to assist her. But before that, when I asked for a muffin (and paid for it) she goes to the back for 5 minutes and then comes back, forgets I even ordered something when I ask her if its coming, she then hands me a frozen Eclair...

Another instance, I ordered the banana choco muffin (this item never seems to be stocked) and at the end, the worker hands me the regular yogurt choco muffin. I kindly tell her that is not what I ordered and then she argues with me saying that this is in fact the banana choco muffin (they are staggeringly different looking items). We go back and forth until I have to point out what the banana choco muffin is inside the display.

I don't want to have to stop coming here because I like the cafe but the service here is very...

I’ve tried giving this place a shot 3 times now. The coffee is pretty basic but the food is so dry and flavorless. It’s like they don’t actually care about the quality of pastries/food being served and more about if they look trending and cool for social media. Seems to be all reviews for how trendy this place is. As someone who has 500k followers I wouldn’t waste a trip coming here for an aesthetic photo. I genuinely believe those are fake reviews. This place is so bad and on top of being not good, the service is awful as well. It seems like the workers have no idea what they’re talking about or have received very little training, which is a shame

I really wanted to like them since I am so close to the shop but I think I’ll walk the extra two blocks to go to tattee of needed. I’ve never had breakfast pastries so dry in my life....

Wanted to give this a good review, but they had a menu of lots of cold drink options and most of them weren't available. So I gambled on a cold Chai Boba drink. The young lady started by taking a couple minutes to type on her phone before making my drink. Then I paid and wasn't offered a receipt. The drink itself is very weak and the Boba is seemed almost nonexistent and has zero flavor. Seems old. After getting to the bottom, I saw all these Boba bubbles stuck together, which I've never seen in a Boba drink before. Not impressed with this drink. Should have stuck with a tried and true latte. I'll come back and give it another try. Could have just been a bad experience. The place looks like it has potential, especially if they can get all the drinks on the menu from their service provider!

Really nice inside. Checked it out for 1st time last week and went again this week. Friendly and personable lady took my orders. 1st time tried the made to order waffles with blueberries and a latte with oatmilk. Both were tasty. 2nd visit got another latte and this time tried the turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on croissant breakfast sandwich. It was presented really well and tasted amazing. A little pricy but it's Downtown DC and the service, food quality, and taste is a level up from that other major chain with the green logo that I won't name here. I'll definitely be back to try the other breakfast items, muffins, bagels etc.

From the moment I walked in , it was an amazing atmosphere & vibe , I love the architectural look , the smiling baristas HUGE shout out to Quinn , had tried 3 different hand crafted drinks all super fabulous , favorite was a frappe (caramel by choice) I love the fact I could actually taste the coffee in it & must I say phenomenal is an understatement for the new coffee shop !!!! sorbets = TOP NOTCH !! Must have in the summertime for sure !! I also tried a can drink out of curiosity , it was the iced tea with rose petals lemon , I’ve never been a fan of sparkling anything but this was lovely & refreshing !!
