I usually like Sonic because I haven’t had any issues and their food is good and quick while I’m on my lunch. Well I did a mobile order and got mine and my coworkers food and drove back to work 2 blocks away. Got my onions rings and ALL of them were burnt (FIRST PIC) so I went back through the drive thru and let them know, the same girl who brought my order out the first time came and got them from me. She was rude and short with me. Had to wait a little but that’s fine, then after she handed me the bag and said “sorry” and walked off, I went back to work after looking in the bag and it all looked ok. Get back and finally sit down to eat and I go to take my onion rings out and notice that only the top 3 are new and my old BURNT ones were still at the bottom (SECOND PIC after I pulled the top one off and noticed the rest of them BURNT) unimpressed to say the least.

Love Sonic for many years. Many years ago, workers would skate around giving the customers their order. (Why do guys stop skating to give someone their order?) They were very charateristic and now even without them skating they are the best workers and staff to work with. Me my dad had to change tires at Discount tires next door And we hadn't had breakfast. So we walked over to sonic to have breakfast. I didn't know how long they were serving breakfast so I called them and they said they "serve breakfast all day". Very helpful and very communitive. I wish many fast food chains are like this. Thank you.

It has been very obvious this location is under new management/ownership. I have given time when there was a noticeable decline in service. Poor service in all areas. Many weeks out of product. Drive thru only all the time. I’m on lunch and this is what I see. I placed my order on the app (Drink and pretzel twist) I paid for it and here I wait and wait. One order point and that is at the window not even at the speaker. I give up, will now be on the search for a different place to get my diet coke extra ice with cherry and vanilla syrup 🥺😩😡

The food is what you'd expect. Service could be improved, though. They don't provide trays for in-car dining anymore (because they kept getting stolen, they say?) so, with all the grease, be prepared for things to get messy if you didn't think to bring your own tray from home (you know, the one you keep in your house specifically for trips to Sonic). To make it worse, they didn't give us any napkins with our order. They also forgot to give us the chili cheese fries we ordered and a dipping sauce for the corn dog. So, we had to push the red button and wait a couple minutes for an answer (at which time we also asked for some napkins) and were told "someone will be out in a minute to check and make sure the item wasn't given to you"...really? So they have people stealing plastic trays and chili cheese fries? M'kay. The carhop then brought the fries out, but once again didn't bring napkins. So we had to send her back in. With it being 32 degrees outside you'd think they'd want to minimize the number of trips they have to make...guess not. She returned with only six dinky napkins, with which we made do. When we were done eating, we were dismayed to not see a trash can anywhere nearby. We finally found one in the beginning of the drive-thru lane. Because, you know, most people have trash to throw away BEFORE they eat their take-out (shrug). Sonic is just a ghost of the fun drive-in experience it used to be. But, dang it, I can't stay away from the chili cheese dogs to...

Place is actually not that bad anymore they made a few upgrades to how they cook and deliver the food, I do think that they need to still work on portions cause its hit or I as like some of the employees will portion out the Oreo or m&m's correctly then others dont, all in all the place seems cleaner they just need to work on the small things, food also seems a lot fresher and I haunt received old or stale fries anymore wait tines can still be improved but I understand because I myself have worked in fast food and there is a lot to handle when it gets busy, some people don't understand this, and probably don't understand that if your food or order takes 4 or 5 minutes to be delivered to you its because the staff was making like 12 orders before yours so 4 minutes is actually really damn fast especially when most of Sonics product is chicken and that can take like 6 to 10 minutes cook, I will be coming back for more, don't fail me again sonic :) also employees are nice and they do try and fix thing if a mistake is made, I have also noticed it is best to come here in the mornings and any where between 5 and 10 in the afternoon depending on what day they are open till though, usually try and come an hour before they close because food doesn't seem as fresh because they are probably trying to close or they are trying not to have 2 much waste left over luke food being thrown away, and the service does seem slower...

Awful place. I can’t say enough bad things about this location. I’ve never been there without having them redo my order. Tonight I sat at the ordering station for 20 minutes. I ordered one large Reese’s Peanut Butter Shake with EXTRA Reese’s. When my shake finally came out - after sitting there for 20 minutes the girl gave me a SMALL shake that looked like the only thing in there was vanilla ice cream with some tiny specs of Reese’s. I told her I ordered a large shake with extra Reese’s. She then got defensive and told me that’s what I ordered and asked for my receipt. After showing her my receipt, I handed her my shake and she stormed off. After waiting almost 10 more minutes...she then came out with the replacement. She got the size right but there was still only specs of Reese’s in it. Keep in mind I paid for extra Reese’s! She couldn’t even get it right on the replacement!!!! After being so fed up with the awful customer service and sitting there for nearly 30 minutes, I took the shake and drove off. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. If you go there... make sure to look at your food before you drive off - as I guarantee they messed it up and will have to redo it. I hope management sees this comment and fixes these problems. I’ve talked to numerous people who have had...
