Starbucks — Restaurant in Washington

I go to this Starbucks almost every day. They have their ups and downs like any other ordinary business BUT today, just blew me away at how inattentive their employee was. I am not one to write negative reviews unless it really got under my skin. Today, the associate had to make my latte 3 times and it still was wrong. I kept asking him to make sure that my latte has froth on top as it is supposed to and which is my favorite part of the drink. However, the associate kept giving me a cup with no froth whatsoever. With Starbuck's high prices we, consumers, have high expectations. The reason why it happened is not because he did not know how to make it, but because he was paying zero attention to what I was politely asking him to do. Maybe I should have been a McEnroe to him and complained to the manager. But it looks like he may be new, so hopefully he will...

I'm a small business owner here this morning looking for an outlet so I can knock out a few tasks before my 8am eye doctor appointment across the street. I asked the gentleman making my drink if there were any outlets and he flat-out ignored me. I came back a little louder and positioned myself so that I was 100% clear that he saw me and asked again. This time he looked at me shrugged his shoulders and made some sound/grunt expressing "leave me the $!@# alone" but never answered the question. The only way this is acceptable is if this gentleman has a mental health condition and Starbucks is really doing a good job in the community. So I'm writing this review in REAL time and about to send an email over to management as well as opposed to knocking out the few tasks before my 8am...

This is an average Starbucks. I live nearby, so I come to it often. The staff is always really friendly, and they try their best to make drinks quickly, even if it’s crowded. I’ve had my order messed up a couple times (but I probably come in at least 2-3 times a month... so it’s to be expected eventually), and they’ll remake it or fix the issue if I ask. Most of the time, though, the staff makes the drinks really well! The caramel macchiatos always have enough caramel and the refreshers are always shaken, lol. My only complaint is that it’s really small and gets crowded easily, but I don’t think there’s much they can do to fix that. If you want Starbucks, this one will do you fine.
