Worst way to 'lose' $8.36. I could have gone to the grocery store and gotten more for under $3. I am an avid veggie eater and have at least 6 salads a week and this is the first time I wanted to throw one away. This was the first time I'd ever been to a Sweetgreen and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!

Its over priced lettuce. Heck I would have been better off going to Whole Foods at least there you can mix in whatever you want and decide how much lettuce you're actually gonna have.

Although the bowls they use are pretty large, they fill it to the top with 'greens' then push it down to add the 4 ingredients that you get for free, which of course is barely anything at all anyway. Then any extra add-ins that you want will cost you $0.50. The cheese is all over $1 for a minuscule amount. And the dressings are way to tangy and oily.

Also, the staff were all a little to uppity. Acting like they were better than me cause they eat healthier all the time since I had never been there before. Then acting extremely annoyed when I show absolute shock after they tell me that my small salad is $8.36.

If I could rate this with zero stars I would most definitely do it. I would never recommend this...

The PM team especially Shequita did such an incredible job. I work in hospitality helping manage and oversee a hotel and I know how hard of a job serving and catering to others needs can be. It can be a very thankless job. When I ordered there were certain ingredients that were not prepped… Shequitas first response was “i need to chop a few apples, allow me a moment” a lot of people in similar circumstances may reference that they are out or try and get someone to order something different but she was willing to go the extra mile to make it correct. Due to the time it took when I got to the register she immediately offered $2 off. She anticipated my needs and she truly shined! Durrell was working right along side her as well and was helpful and taking care of others so that Shequita could focus on my order. The PM shift is hard. Just a huge thank you to all that help take care of others. It’s the team that continue to be a huge reason why I come back to sweet greens and allowing team members to take the initiative and be empowered with tools to fix needs can make all the difference! Keep it up...

Was just got salads from this location at 5:30 pm on 10/5. Exhausted for a variety of reasons and looking forward to a salad from a place I really enjoy. When I was being checked out the card reader didn't scan my card when I touched it and the woman checking me out said, "press 1,2,3". I did and my card scanned. Between not having my reading glasses and the exhaustion it didn't quite register that what she had just asked me to do was select the highest tip amount.

Maybe she meant to say 'or' and didn't or it might have been intentional. Either way when walking home and realizing what had happened, I felt a bit taken advantage of. I realize that I've got some part in it too (not going back and talking to the manager, etc. ) but just wanted to put a heads up to others or to call it out incase anyone else has experienced this at...
