Wendy's — Restaurant in Washington

I believe this is their second week serving breakfast and my wife and I ate breakfast there this and last Sunday.

Last Sunday went well. The food was compatible with most other fast food breakfasts in our area. The service was better than most other places. which I typically find to be the case with Wendy's.

This week did not go so well. They open at 9 am which is at least an hour later than their competitors and we waited ten min. for them to open. We ate in and were the only customers throughout our visit. The person who served me had tremendous difficulty processing my order. It is not an exaggeration for me to say I explained on eight separate occasions that I wanted croissandwiches and even corrected her three times when she said biscuits. In spite of my efforts we were given biscuit sandwiches. Considering her inability to correctly process the order the first time we decided to just eat the biscuits, which were okay but not the best. I normally go to the drive thru, but I went inside on this day. I'm so sorry I did! The place was absolutely dirty and grimy! Getting my drink, I was sticking to the mat and almost caused me to fall, as I have Vertigo. I looked down at the mat and lost my appetite. It was food and soda mashed down into the mat and must not of been washed for a month...Ewe! Adding insult to injury, the fries were only half size of what should have been, the sandwich was sloppy and oozing condiments all over the paper, and the chocolate frosty looked like it was supposed to be vanilla. I question the cashier, and she replied, "it looks normal to me", she went so far as to ask a customer "their opinion". I will never step foot into, nor go to that drive through again. Save your money and go to the other many places...

This is one of the best Wendy's I have ever visited. The hamburgers are great (like all other Wendy's), the chili is amazing. Their chicken nuggets taste better than other fast food chicken nuggets.

The best part of this Wendy's is the speed of service. When I go through the drive through, between placing my order and pulling up to the drive through window, my food is always waiting for me. I have never had to pull up and wait on my food in the drive through, no matter what custom order I place. Going inside (the couple times I've been inside recently) the wait for your order is only a couple minutes at the most.
