Yesterday, 7/17/21 I stopped at this Starbucks where my family and I frequent quite often. We were in the drive through at about 9:32am and for whatever reason during this busy time as we approached the menu never recieved any inquiry as to what we wanted. After 2 vehicles moved forward we proceeded to pull up and move on to the window. The people behind us seemed to be able to order right away and quickly followed behind us. When we arrived at the window we explained that for whatever reason we were unable to place our order at the speaker/menu. They proceeded to take our order and asked that we pull around to wait for our drinks to be brought out, which we did. After pulling around and seeing how busy they had been I decided I would go in and save them from having to bring them out. This is where my issue with the customer service started, I walk in and look around trying to get a feel for which barista is making my order that someone is going to bring out (me). I quickly over hear one barista talking about our order and asking if we wanted these coffees with whip cream to which the other, apparently thinking covering your mouth with your hand and speaking loud enough for other customers to hear, that due to an inconvenience fee we wouldn’t need whip. I proceeded to look at these two joking about for a good 20-30 seconds and thought maybe I should correct this false assumption of my desire for whip cream or wait until they were done being made and inconvenience them “even” more so I waited patiently for coffee 1 to be done, then half way through coffee #2 said, excuse me miss… but having overheard your conversation there I would definitely like to inconvenience you for whip cream now. Read moreI am a frequent customer and i frequently get cold food and coffee that tastes like warm milk with almost no coffee flavor what so ever when i order an americano (On a regular basis i should not have to request a free coffee next time because you messed it up last time, you should just make the coffee correctly in the first place or not give it to the customer). Today once again for the forth or fifth time this month i was served a 4 dollar cup of warm milk water, not to mention how many times i have received burning hot food that was cold in the middle. For the Prices you guys charge compared to everyone else i would expect more consistency in your products. I am sick and tired of getting some nasty milk water when i order a strong coffee. I want an explanation of what is wrong with my coffee, what happens in your store to make it taste like warm milk with almost no coffee flavor compared to other days when its made the way it is supposed to be. This is the only location i have ever been to that one day along time ago an employee left a sugar packet in my coffee also, what kind of employees leave a sugar packet in the damn cup of coffee and then give it to the customer. Read moreI love this store so I have to still give it 5 stars but the last two days my mobile order has been incorrect, and as much as I hate to do this I feel like I have to say something because Starbucks is just too expensive to not get the correct order. Yesterday I ordered a turkey bacon egg white breakfast sandwich and I got a turkey bacon sandwich. Today I ordered an iced green tea with a splash of sweet cream and my entire drink is just full of sweet cream, definitely not a splash. I know you guys are always super busy so you’re probably rushing to get orders out and I understand that. As a regular customer I just ask that maybe an extra second or two gets taken to read the mobile order that came through properly.
