Arby's — Restaurant in Wasilla

I just had the most ABHORRENTLY, RIDICULOUSLY, DISGUSTING experience there & I never ordered food. I drove 30 miles round trip for an interview & was treated with such HOSTILITY & OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE DISRESPECT by the Manager Rick, I got up & walked out. Guy stomps in the store, street clothes unshaven, demands my name, not who he's looking for, so he walks away "Huh!" giving me dirty looks. I turn away & continue waiting for the Manager. I turn around again & same guy stomps up to very confrontationally, "What are you doing here?! *shrugging shoulders & never identifying himself, holding an aggressive stance, orders, ORDERS me, to sit down. I said "I don't even know who you are! Are you Rick? I'm here for an interview." Then begins to berate me & bark "Well?! What do you want here? Are you gonna tell me or what? You're not saying anything, you're not tellingng me your experience. This is an interview!" "Wwwhat? You just walked up & demaned I sit down & stared at me until now. I didn't even know you were my interviewer. I have been answering what questions you've barked at me." I was stunned. He says "I'm done with this. This interview is over, were not hiring you, this is an interview & you're not telling me anything. " I cut him off " You never identified yourself, you demand my name, you're wearing street clothes no identification, & ordered me to sit. Then proceed to berate me for not answering questions you're not even asking!" " Well we're not hiring you, you need to l..." again, I cut him off as I already had my coat in hand & standing up.. "I now understand the high turnover here. You're horrible." He's shaking his head the entire time looking at me, as if, I am disgusting "We'd never hire you, you'll never work here. Leave." AS IM ALREADY UP & AT THE DOOR- began YELLING AT ME IN THE STORE AS I WALKED OUT, yelling offensive words at someone who just went out of their way to get a job there, in full view/ear shot of staff & patrons, as I left. That was some seriously, low-level, no class, behavior for someone SUPPOSEDLY trying to help rebuild the reputation of the place. Especially when he's treating potential patrons/interviewees IN the store AS a representative. I could have been a customer waiting for a $75 order, $5 order even, & that guy DROVE MONEY OUT of the store. Highly ironic, I think. Also, now I'll never spend a penny there. Spent 20 minutes in the drive through which is typical for a dinner rush. Food was cold , was asked to wait outside the store to get fresh fries. Waited about 10 minutes till I went inside to get my money back bc all of my food was cold not just the fries. Am currently standing at the counter waiting for the last 15 minutes to get my money back. The ladies were short and are literally ignoring me as there is about 5 other customers behind me waiting to be serviced. I work in the food industry myself but being rude to customers regardless of how stressful the work environment is especially being the manager will not get you repeat customers . I took my wife and daughter here to get lunch. The food was just ok. I paid $9 for the brisket sandwich. This thing was so small. It was basically a slider(maybe 3 oz. Of meat). My wife's sandwich was basically an overpriced McChicken. My daughters nuggets were dry and salty. I spent $30 here on lunch and barely got a snack out of it. Their motto is "Arby's, we have the meats". They obviously don't. My family and I will never come here again.
