Love that they accept/sale pre-owned games, but apparently, the staff there can take home pre-owned versions of games that have only been out for less than a month. I find this extremely strange and wildly unprofessional. I tried to get the new South Park game from Gamestop and I was having trouble locating it in the store, so I ask one of the cashiers if they had a prenowned version available for the Xbone. The cashier searchs the computer and says "Yes" and spends about 5 minutes looking and cannot locate it as well. The cashier then asked another employee if they had seen the game recently. I overhear the other employee say "I still have that game at my house". Immediately after that, the original cashier tells me it will be available tomorrow. I was definitely a little frustrated when I had left the store, but besides this experience the staff members at this store are outstanding....

Don't care for the brand accessories they tend to carry, employees are not exactly knowledgeable on most things, so don't expect any helpful answers rooted in truth or facts. then there's that pre order sales pitch. They did replace with a preowned one. I was really disappointed. Company policy they said, so I took the preowned.
