Updated: This spa deletes their bad reviews and twists the truth in the comments to save try to save their reputation. They try to make their customers look like “Karen’s”. Straight to the point the employees are not trained properly. Please see my picture. This was taken minutes after my lash lift. It was so bad I was given a 10% discount because “some of my lashes didn’t curl” The excuse was “my lashes are straight” that’s why I came in for a lash lift. I was charged over $100 for this service. I am now re-editing my review after seeing the managers comment. I have texts of proof contacting the manager about refunds multiple times. I was told no refund, no partial refund and her response to my first review is false stating “I never asked for a refund”. I screenshot my texts, circled me mentioning refund or even partial refund and messaged her. She later stated in her response that I said “Id rather do the lash lift myself with a $20 Amazon box” false. I said I’ve done better lash lifts to myself with a $20 Amazon box. Originally after my first conversation over text with the manager, I was told I could come in the next day to get my lashes re-lifted for free. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LASHES STAY AWAY!!! When the manager doesn’t know basic cosmetology…RUN. You aren’t supposed to get your lashes re-lifted until MINIMUM 4-8 weeks. I told her “despite my lashes not being lifted properly there was still product applied.” Cosmetology 101. Save yourself from lash damage and time. They’d rather lose customers and fry your lashes than give a valid refund....

Had heard some good reviews lately, which was a change from before, so thought they had gotten better massage therapists. Since I regularly get massages, I figured I would give them a chance. Big mistake and waste of money. Massage therapist is not good at communicating and gave the worst massage that I have ever had. I gave the business a chance to make it right and was told I would receive a call back and 2 weeks later and I still have not heard back. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here. There are too many great massage therapists in the valley who take pride in there work to even think of going to cloud 9. I do not like to give bad reviews but when a business does not stand behind their services I feel people should be...

Chance at Cloud 9 day spa is the best! She did my makeup for my bridal shower as well as for my wedding day and did such an amazing job! I was a little nervous at first having someone else do my makeup but she really listened to exactly what we all wanted and knocked it out of the park. My bridesmaids loved their makeup and even my mom (who NEVER) wears makeup, got the most beautiful fresh barely there look from Chance.

She also uses very high quality products and brushes and the application stays in place until the very end of the night. (or if you fall asleep with it on on your wedding night you wake up looking like a goddess) haha

Seriously though, I highly recommend Chance for any of your makeup needs!! Cant wait to use...
