Target — Local services in Wasilla

They had this Lego set under a shelf that said "low price" but with no barcode. It rang up for 44$ when on the app, the only method I have to check the price of stuff, said 30$ (online only.)

Online orders consist of pickup. I paced around the plaza for an hour trying to get this set for this price because corporate apparently will not let them price match pickup orders, even if I could walk in and grab that same item myself in less than 2 minutes.

They couldn't prioritize my pickup knowing I just walked in and tried to grab it, they couldn't write me a coupon, they couldn't mark down the price, they didn't apologize for a price not being listed in the store to begin with, a number of things they could've done besides telling me to go fly a kite. I work retail and I've done nothing but for the past 4 years and I know something's wrong if things like that can't be resolved at a store level. As far as I'm concerned, either the service reps were lying to me or this is another greedy corporation that doesn't give their service reps the power to actually run a business.

Walmart tends to not give me this kind of trouble. If you need something outdoorsy, Sportsman's Warehouse will price match online orders too. I normally don't shop at Target to begin with, so it should speak volumes if I'm already mad at them when I only come by when Walmart doesn't happen to...

Disgusted in the way two or three of their employees conducted themselves on numerous occasions got in my face threatening me because they thought I was stealing and when they found out I wasn't and I spent 24 dollars their excuse was I tested some cologne anyway tried to press charges for fear assault the one I beat 4 or 5 times now when I've never talked to anyone like that without it being a consenting adult fight in which no authorities would ever be involved but once again WASILLA POLICE DEPARTMENT WAS AT IT AGAIN WITH NOT PERSUING CHARGES AND SAYIN IBOWE THEM FOR THEM STEALING MY TRUCK FOR MATHEW BURNS THERE IS VIDEO OF HIM ON HERE but yeah awful experience all your customer service people are great professional especially a younger women working over there they deserve promotions especially when other workers act incapable of conducting themselves in a professional environment then the cops give them the go a head to disrespect and slander paying customers just like Walmart the last time I spent money there I I 86d for false accusations after buying envelopes and art and stuff to help with my buisness I'm starting beenntslking bout it for years and there should be a post from this summer discussing hound goodies winter wear and every wear 3 different. Misleading web site and rude staff. I am immune system compromised and was placing an order for what I thought was an order to be delivered to my car. When I got there they told me when I called that because I didn't use the app they couldn't bring it to my car and I would have to go in. When I got angry they told me they would just put my order back which was not an option as I was buying stuff to help a young person I know go to college and it was needed that night. When I went in they initially refused to even bring it to my car like they would for any older person. When I asked if they do that to all customers they agreed but made me move my car about 20 feet as they couldn't put it in my car in the drive up space. I did not bring my cane as I thought I would not be leaving my car, but I went back out and moved my car.
