If you’re pregnant, this review is for you.
I came here with my family back in mid July (around July 15th) to celebrate my husband’s birthday. There was an older worker who just started working. I felt she didn’t know much about what she was doing but she said she had similar experience under her belt. My food was forgotten for a very long time, and by the time I got it, the order wasn’t done right and they had to redo part of my meal because I have a food sensitivity. We came later in the evening and this was pretty much the last thing I ate before bed.
When I woke up the next morning though, I puked hardcore, 5x in a row. I lost so much fluid. I was pregnant, mind you, and nausea or throwing up was not part of it. I was so dehydrated and I had a hard time keeping up with my hydration for the week. After that, things spiraled. My water broke a week later due to dehydration (I also went to my doctor and they tried to help me out) and I had my baby more than a month early and she had to be in the NICU. It was an Emergency C-section. She had to have a feeding tube and have a breathing ventilator on.
I love Red Robin and I plan on going back, but after that experience I just want to say to retrain your employees about proper handwashing, food handling safety, food danger zones, and please have the cashiers wash their hands between handling the money / computers and food and pay attention to when someone is pregnant to really be extra careful.
I’ve gone here often but now I’m afraid to eat out. If you’re pregnant and craving something I’d recommend getting something that is piping hot when it comes to your table to be on...
Read moreFirst thing, the terrible picture I took does not do any justice on the delicious burger I had, so, don't use the picture as a reference of this review too much. Now that I covered that, let's get on to the food review.
I got the Guac Bacon Burger and it was full of the bacon and beef flavor, juicy, and delicious, everything you would want in a burger. The guac threw hints of extra taste that enhanced the experience. I was slightly disappointed of the amount of guac that was in the burger, I believe that a bit more of it would have msde it even better.
The garlic fries were well salted and the sauces went well with them as well. There was a decent amount of garlic on them which was fantastic. I also believe that the fries were refillable for free, an extra bonus!
I got Sprite, so nothing too exciting thefe about the drinks.
The restaraunt was fairly clean and the atmosphere was pretty chill and not too loud. The server was attentive and made sure to refill our drinks and ask if we wanted more fries. We waited for our food for around 20 minutes after we ordered our food so the wait time wasn't too bad either.
Conclusion: If you want a pretty good burger/meal for a decent price, I'd say this is a good place to hit. The food was delicious and the place is clean and the server was amazing. The wait time after ordeeing isn't too bad and there seemed to be a steady flow of people entering and leaving so the wait time of getting seated shoulsn't be too much of hassle either. There was also a...
Read moreFood quality has gone down hill serverly... I had family member go by while they were out to grab me a burger (big mistake)... I wanted to try the new BBQ ranch burger but have the ranch n BBQ sauce on side so the burger didnt get mushy by time I got it... My family member arrives and double checks (constant thing no matter where you go now adays) and the ranch and sauce were on it... So after blaming that they are busy, they had to redo it, also asking to make sure it's med rare... The employee gets into an argument stating "we have to cook it more then well done", even tho we never had this issue before, after sometime (longer then should require) she says she will tell the person making it... After 40min a new burger arrives again blaming on them being busy... So now I get my burger and it's so dry it's disgusting and inedible, we call them up to complain to the manager who again blames them being busy, but refunds the money to my card... This is just pitiful to use being busy as an excuse and then to argue that they can't cook a burger to med rare taking 40min to make a dry disgusting thing, are you kidding me... McDonald's would have been cheaper and tasted better then this burger and they are 10x busier then Red Robin... The quality of their food has gone down that I won't be back and I feel bad that if people around here accept this as a quality burger place (been to many across the US), Red Robin is great, but just...
