Subway — Restaurant in Wasilla

Got Subway tonight for me and my family. It took 45 minutes to get my three sandwiches because the manager left one person in the store to handle everything. Good job Arianna (who said she’s only been there a few weeks) for handling the cruddy situation that got dealt to you. But something needs to be done about management for putting her in this situation to begin with. There was a line around the entire store, people were getting mad and leaving (this included two door dashers), the front line was a distaster and the worker was running out of items. Managers should know better, especially at downtown subway.

*Update Review: New management since last time I was here and I’m completely satisfied. The changes are superb!! I made it in before lunch rush, everything was clean and customer service was on point. I got helped by the new manager and was very impressed. WE WON'T GO BACK!! WE, Walked in and let them know that the app was messing up. The special online was buy one get one free. They said they couldn't help us that they had nothing to do with online. Finally after calling subway offices, they said they can honor the price IF the app is down. Then they made our sandwiches. We ordered 2 of the same. clearly the young girl was bothered with me and when we asked her to fix the sandwichs she stated , "that she is doing it the way she was taught and its stricter for orders made online." I ordered a late dinner after working in Anchorage all day I thought it would be convenient to use the Subway app to order sandwiches for my family and pick them up on the way home… I placed my order just before 8pm & it was estimated my order to be ready by 8:20pm. To my surprise my order was not ready & I was informed that they were short handed and busy with customers.
