Central Square — Restaurant in Waterbury

Nearly 30 minute wait. St. Patrick's Day, yes. Busy? At 5:30 PM, not really. It's a very small place, but nowhere near full. People blocking me from the bar but not buying anything. Apparently one bartender? On a holiday? Seemed odd, but she was mixing drinks almost non-stop. Barely a smile my way, or even a 'be right with you.' I don't want to use the 'R' card but that's how it felt. I've been there before. I guess they won't miss my business, but I know I won't waste my time going...

I'm only giving it 4stars because the vibes was good but the unfortunately the food was not, presentation was horrible and the service as well didn't get my food until I asked for refund ready to leave n someone messed up on a long Island n hennessy drinks smh I know it's new n it may have been one of those days but I probably would go back...

One of the best places downtown. They have great performances there. Always a night to remember. Recently opened and doing a great job for a new business. Wish them the best. Keep it going...
