Banter by Piercing Pagoda — Local services in Waterbury

I purchased a lot of Jewelry from Banter piercing Pagoda and I always make sure I put insurance on my jewelry because they either break or the diamond falls off. Yesterday one of my earrings I purchased from Banter piercing pagoda broke AGAIN. This is the second time. I went today and try to get my replacement and they told me I did not have insurance on it. I was not aware that once you use the insurance and you get a “replacement” you have to put the insurance BACK ON! The lady DID NOT inform me of that when I got the first replacement because IT BROKE AGAIN!!!!! I am sooo upset because these earrings are $185! Not cheap now I’m out of a pair of earrings because people don’t do their job & Jewelry are cheaply made make sure you put insurance on EVERYTHING. And if you have to get a replacement make sure YOU PUT THE INSURANCE BACK ON! I will no longer shop here I’ll rather pay the extra couple of dollars more and take my business elsewhere. Bought a necklace , went back to return it because I wasn’t liking how thin it felt and the lady was very rude when I went to return it . On top of that she tried giving me less money back for the chain . After confronting her she gave me more money back BUT still was off 7$ . I didn’t complain I just left because the woman was clearly unprofessional. Will never go to the store again , the food court is where all the nice workers are . Don’t waste your time...

Azaria is an amazing employee. I have a 3 month-old daughter and I'm from Danbury. I called ahead of time to let her know I was on the way because there was traffic. The mall closes at 7 pm and she said she would stay behind just to provide me service. It was quick and my daughter cried for one minute. I definitely recommend her...
