I wanna give them no stars but that wouldn’t be fair. There expensive but everything that’s convenient going to be more expensive which I understood. Over the past 3 years I’ve gotten 4 phones with them. Three IPhones and one Android. My last purchase I paid almost $500 on a phone for my mom. I was told the phone was brand new and had no issues. They left out that the phone was not an American made phone making it difficult to replace and voiding the warranty normally that Samsung gives with their phones. Out of all four times that I’ve gotten a phone from them I was NEVER told that there warranty only last 7 days after purchasing. One day my mom was using her phone and the phone screen just turned off. Like a normal person my mom thought the phone was dead she put on the charger and hour later still wasn’t turning on however she realize that the phone was still receiving phone calls and text messages. This phone has never been dropped waters never touched it it’s never been damaged it had a case and a screen protector on. So I brought it to the store and explain to them what happened because it’s been less than 30 days and the phone just magically stopped working. At first they said the owner was in the hospital which OK I get it and that he would be back next week later in the week however. Now that it’s been two weeks and I’ve gone back to the store they are now claiming that it’s past seven days and there’s nothing they can do. So basically I’m stuck with a phone that was $500 and I can’t do nothing with. It’s not like I was axing them to take the phone back and fully refund me the money at the most I was asking for is for them to either fix it or replace it. Even if there was a fee to replace it THAT I would have understood. But NOPE THEY SAY THEY. ANT DO NOTHING. So they lost a loyal customer and I’m disputing the charge for the phone under false advertising. Sales associates do not look at you kindly, roll their eyes, and go as far to think they put you on hold when you call with a question and make fun of you with each other. Bought a faulty product and was told only after two hours of purchasing it they would not honor a return. Finally was told I was able to make the return and was told I couldn’t purchase another one from them.
