The drive thru has a line but you are not waiting as long as you think. I ordered a large iced coffee with one cream and three liquid sugars. When I was almost finished with the coffee I found a significant sized piece of plastic in my coffee. At first glance you may think it is ice...nope plastic. I took it back and asked them to make sure that they do not throw it out so someone could identify where it may have come from. I called McDonald's from a number I got online to voice my concern. The next afternoon a young man called to say they would send me a $10 gift card. Huh? I asked for a manager to call me. It took a few days but I received a call. I was told they did not have the cup but I could get tested at my Dr. if I so choose. I did and then their insurance company denied my claim as they felt I had the coffee too long before I returned it. I explained how I was helping a friend during a tag sale and was drinking it slowly throughout her sale. As soon as I discovered the plastic I made a call and returned it. Anyway I made a few complaints with state & local departments if health and consumer protection. I will not go there as no one ever took responsibility. Who knows where that plastic came from & what it could have had on it....

People will pay if you have great employees and what they want with food. There is no need to seal off the bathrooms, as it can be hard for some people to want to eat or drink when their bladder is full.
I do like the workers as they're friendly and good.
But with the kiosk malfunctioning, it was a word of mouth situation where they had to trust that I had paid for my order. I feel sorry for them that they have to suffer from a management that is greedy and will not provide them the tools they needed.
But my main complaint is the bathrooms.
It's like whoever set them up doesnt understand that you'll be appreciated when you just give the people what they want instead of forcing them to pay before using the bathrooms. You're McDonald's . McDonald's usually doesn't do what you're forcing and frankly it's not customer friendly nor should anyone pay at your restaurant when there's are thousands of other McDonald's around the world and...

Starting off with ZERO Handicapped access at the doors, they're specifically set up in an "L" pattern and one opens into the vestibule and the other ALSO into the vestibule, making it impossible for any Handicapped person to enter without assistance and the staff looked directly at me struggling and GIGGLED🤬😡! Then you are pretty much forced to use the screens to order as the staff "was too busy" (11:15am before the lunch rush). Even though I used the Handicapped provisions on the screen and ordered cola with extra ice and fries with extra ketchup, they gave me an empty cup, and had to go get ketchup myself. You also have to go to an area to get a number to receive your order. The place was filthy and setup cones rather than clean up the spills, also cones were put in the middle of every isle and had to be moved to go anyplace. The food was hot and made exactly the way I ordered, but be careful using the app because if you make a mistake and try to substitute one coupon for another you're not allowed and need to wait...
