Arby's — Restaurant in Waterford Township

They were out of roast beef and told us when we pulled up to place our order ok kinda bummed but figured no big deal tried to order a chicken club wrap that the lady continued to tell me that they did not have on the menu even though it is after arguing and trying to tell her what and where it was on the menu i was then told they were out that kind of chicken... so tried to order the turkey bacon wrap only to be told they didnt carrie that any more 2 times before i asked then why is it still on the menu as a number 10??? Finally she figured it out and took the rest of my order which was just for a gyro with no tomato. Get home the wrap was stiff and stale crumbling apart and was not cut and the gyro that was only no tomato was now just only meat.... incompetence at its best right here at this location and yet you think you deserve to make 15$ an hour and cant even get simple orders correct!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone ever not the 1st time ive had issues with this location probably at least the 5th time now and will not return and would tell anyone and everyone to find another...

I placed an order on the app, and so did a coworker. I arrived to pick up the order approximately 5 minutes after it was placed. I patiently waited about 15-20 additional minutes. Meanwhile, the manager had an attitude with almost everyone, and a few people had placed and received their orders. I then explained I had been waiting for 2 online orders. The manager angrily told me, "it has only been 19 minutes and if I could leave her store!". I then left, got in my car and headed to the drive thru. Once I got to the speaker, the manager refused to serve me my already paid for orders. She said she refunded my money, but I have not received the refund. This occupied more than 30 minutes of my time, and the manager was extremely disrespectful. I am still out $11.54, no refund, wasted lunch, and disrespected because I asked about our orders. Very poorly run location and horrible experience. I tried to redeem my birthday coupon and had set it for an order later in the day. I arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected and tried to pick up my order. Was told they had no way to fulfill the order and I had to wait. I was unable to cancel the order in the app and it says to contact the restaurant with any concerns. So I ask them to cancel it so I can reorder and not wait 20 minutes. They told me they can't help and then started actively ignoring me. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my order without them acknowledging me the whole time and then they told me they cancelled the order rather than actually giving me what I ordered at the time it was supposed to be ready.
