Awful, I would NOT recommend that anyone go here. Nearly $11 for an overdone burger, overworked servers, poor management. We ate dinner here for the first time recently and were shocked by how poorly run it is. Our server offered us chips and salsa when we ordered our drinks. "Do you guys want chips and salsa?" Sure we said. After our meal, we look at the bill...$7 for chips and salsa? My boyfriend explained to the manager that our server hadn't told us it costs $7 and he had offered it in a way that made it seem complimentary (like a lot of places have it, because it is just chips and a small dish of salsa.) Both the manager, and the server were less than nice about it and the manager refused to take it off the bill, stating that "this isn't a Mexican restaurant" and "we can't give everyone free stuff." We respectfully paid our bill and left. We will not return. This should have been a small thing that turned into a horrible experience on date night. And we feel that it was handled rudely. If I could give them a negative review I would. I worked there for a few days and let’s me honest it is the worst establishment ever. I quit because no one uses gloves. Your food is touched with hands that have been touching other foods that are raw. And no they do not clean their hands after dealing with someone’s order. The staff are rude sometimes. Even to other staff. The food gives people stomach pains. They have aloud other staff to drink underaged without checking their real ages. Staff drink on the clock sometimes. The use of marrihauna is prohibited outside of your own house in the state of Michigan mad people do it there and some staff get mad when told to tell them to leave saying that it’s one of the most legal things they do here. Last night was my first time there. We sat on the deck even though it was a chilly evening, they had the heaters on so it was ok. It took a little while for a waitress to get our drink orders but she explained that it was only two of them at the time..she took our food order as well. The drinks came quickly and they were really good, the food came out after about 15 minutes and it was still warm! Everything we ate was well seasoned and cooked properly. Overall the entire experience was a good one, the waitress took her time and explained drink selections, I really enjoyed her conversation. The atmosphere was perfect for us because we don’t like shoulder to shoulder type of places. The music was a nice vibe as well! I’ll definitely...
