Took my mom there yesterday, and I got a sugar cookie with strawberry frosting and she got the chocolate sprinkle cookie. Both of them were way undercooked. The sugar cookie was disgusting. It was super thick and cakey, and the icing tasted like powder sugar with water. The chocolate sprinkles was pretty good that taste it like a chocolate cake. Neither one was like an actual cookie. Mom and I love cookies and we’re excited to Taste these. We won’t go back, they were terrible. we ended up throwing the sugar cookie away because it was so gross and we shared the chocolate sprinkle one. I live in Tennessee and was having some cookies delivered to my son-in-law in Waterloo and put the wrong address down for the delivery. I called the store as soon as I discovered this and spoke with Jordan. The delivery person had just left with my order and she ran out to catch them and give them the correct address. I visited this store on 12/28/24. There were two women working hard behind the counter, but they still took time to answer my questions.
