My friend and I had made appointments for mani/pedi at 8:30, right when they opened. My friend had Hannah and got started right away. I had Cindy and it took about 10 minutes for her to finally get to the nail station to get started, and once she did, she got up several times for various things. I told her I wanted the squoval shape. She immediately filed the sides down towards a coffin shape. I had to ask her to round out the corners, she told me she wasn't done yet. For the design I had shown her something kind of similar to what I have, but Cindy slopped through it. My friend got a similar design and her nails turned out beautiful. I felt like Cindy just wanted the appointment over and didn't care about the outcome. I was knicked with the dremel several times. Cindy didn't want to do my pedicure so I had someone else. This woman did the bare minimum for my actual nails. She cut a little around the cuticle area and barely ran a file over the ends. She didn't clean under the nails or on the sides. She also kept walking away for things, once she brought back hot stones, but I wish she hadn't even used them, she ran her fingernails along my skin more than the stone itself. While I was getting my pedicure, I saw Cindy doing a pedicure for a woman a couple chairs down and she was VERY attentive to the other customer. Lucy told me to come back at a certian time I arrive 15 min before the time that she told me to be the gas approves still no one has giving me service I’m thinking to my self they are a little busy so I have to understand okay another 15 mins go by and 3 more customer walk in Lucy gets done and start to help the other three customer I processed to say something she says oh the other lady will get you these lady’s has appointment I say okay I understand that but you told me to be back here At 6 and here it is 30 mins past I’m still waiting and you let three other lady a head of me. So she go on and say the other lady will help me so I’m waiting again and another lady comes in the other lady that’s supposed to do my nails tell THAT LADY to come sit okay at this point I’m livid because all of the other nails shop in the area has closed so the service was horrible and i honesty don’t think they value there colored customers not trying to make it a race thing but all four of the lady that’s was let ahead of me were white so they will no longer receive my service again it was my first time...

What do I think of the place- One word- Fantastic! I took a shot in the dark, and wanted to do something special for my girl, why, because I am a guy and put things off until the last minute- 2 days before valentines I called them, not knowing anything about this company. I spoke with a guy at the front desk, Randy, he help me out picking a package that would take care of her. I was working in a time frame. They stayed open late for her. A nasty snow storm come in that day, and I called and asked if they would like to move the day. They declined on their part, but did ask me if I wanted to move the date (I lived 4 miles away). There was a bit of confusion with order- but what really makes me enjoyed this is they made it right (no I didn't get a service for free, or a compensation).
