Was inside of the location dining in on Monday and I wanted to recognize one of the employees for a job well done I had asked to speak to a manager and the manager said to one of the employees that he did not have time to speak to me, nor were they in the lunch rush, nor was the lobby busy at all whatsoever.. if a customer sees an employee doing a job well done and wants to recognize an employee for a job well done I don’t care how long it takes a manager to be able to take homicide to hear good things about their employee. Obviously this one didn’t care too much today April 9 9:40 AM I went inside the lobby again to order my Food to go and I spoke to a manager about the issue that happened yesterday yesterday she was super nonchalant and super rude as if she didn’t care as I was standing in the lobby waiting for my food to employees the delivery driver lady and one of the younger employees that was making the food in the back we’re talking about two other employees having a sexual relationship, and it was very very detailed as well as very loud loud enough to where I was able to hear everything that she was talking about. I’ve been brought to the attention, and said that it was super unprofessional and that I was going to speak to the owner when I got a chance and she laughed in my face. That is against company, rules, and policies. It’s really sad to see how this place is being run when the owner is not here to see what is going on It gives this place a bad name, regardless of how much money they make. You never know who’s listening and you never know who’s watching I guess professionalism doesn’t exist anymore and some people that do have a manager title should not have it at...
Read moreI came into chickfila for my birthday dinner with a few friends. I had ordered a 12 piece nugget with a side salad and lemonade. I had high hopes as I normally get a decent portion of salad. However today I was disappointed! My salad was less than half way full. I was obviously a bit annoyed because I paid $1.64 extra for two bits of lettuce when at the walmart across the street $1.64 could get me a bag of lettuce. But I made my way to the counter and simply asked if I could get more lettuce or get a new box. My server went to ask and simply told me, “we don’t do that.” So instead I had asked for a box of fries. Then another server came to ask me what I needed and when I explained the situation and showed her the box she was just as confused as me. For context the box was unopened, uneaten, and simply not done correctly for the satisfaction of customers. But I went back to eating when I bit into something extremely hard. It was either a tendon or bone in my nugget; I am not sure which. It only added to my poor experience. Now as I am writing this, multiple people are coming in to complain due to their orders being wrong! I have to say I am very disappointed. I understand this is not my usual experience but to say the least I am a very unhappy customer. Worst birthday dinner ever! Now as I am leaving Casey the woman who was just confused as me earlier, who I believe is not the manager informed me that the salad I had received is “the new portion because we realized we were losing money and for future reference that is what I will receive” This confused me more because the container is almost three times the portion size of the salad. Safe to say this ruined...
Read moreI do not go to Chick-fil-A often but my kids go with their grandparents and love it. I went today with my kids as a treat. The food was very good it was hot and fresh. The customer service was great. They even checked on me as we were eating to see how we were doing. My only complaint is that in the play area of Chick-fil-A they have an age/size limit due to the size of the equipment and the intended users of the play area. They do not enforce it and I wish they did. There was a 13 year old in the play area that was bullying the smaller children and blocking them from getting to places. He was telling them what do and then running them over so he could get to the slide or steps first. He was also talking about things that small kids do not need to hear or know about yet. I asked him multiple times to please stop and to let the children play. It got to the point that I asked him where his parents were because I felt he needed to be talked to. He shrugged and ran off. When I talked to the other parents around the play area none of them knew the kid or claimed him and voiced there own concerns. I ended up leaving earlier than I intended and so did another family because of the child. I am not someone who tries to stop a kid from playing I think it's great that someone at his age is still playing and running around but at the same I think that the policy should be upheld at the restaurant if the play area was intended for...
