We went to Poppy’s for the very first time this week. We had a great server, Caidence. We ordered a Big Poppy burger and fries and a Club sandwich with sweet pepper cole slaw. Also, onion rings. All food was hot and delicious. They still use Southtown’s cole slaw and onion rings (fresh breaded, not frozen) recipes.

We decided to try Poppy's due to the proximity to our hotel. The food was good. The wings were awesome and arrived to the table hotter than the national chain usually does. Hot beef was excellent. Onion rings were good too although they were a little cold as if they had been sitting for a bit. Going to ignore that though as the main course was excellent along with the service. The person in charge was very attentive to others in the dining area and even opened the door for me when I arrived. Will go back...
