Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Waterville

I WOULD HAVE GAVE NO STARS BUT IT WOULDNT LET ME POST WITHOUT CLICKING ONE. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER ORDERED TAKE OUT FROM. PLACED AN ORDER AT 11:53 SAID IT WOULD TAKE 30 TO 45 MINUTES TO DELIVER. MY LUNCH IS FROM 12:30 TO 1:30 SO I ORDERED IT WITH PLENTY OF TIME TO BE HERE DURING MY LUNCH BREAK. IT NEVER SHOWED UP. I GET BACK TO WORK IT STILL HADNT BEEN DELIVERED SO I DECIDE TO CALL DOMINOES TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. ALSO TO KEEP IN MIND I WAS FOLLOWING THE PIZZA TRACKER MY WHOLE LUNCH BREAK. IT MADE PROGRESS UNTIL IT REACHED THE INSPECTING THE PIZZA, SO I CALL DOMINOES AND SPEAK TO THE MANAGER HE TOLD ME HIS NAME WAS DEREK BUT WHEN THE WIFE CALLED SHE SAID HE SAID HIS NAME WAS DOMINIQUE. I ASK ABOUT WHATS GOING ON WITH THE ORDER. HE BEGINS TO TELL ME THE ORDER I PLACED HAD NEVER BEEN STARTED. I ASK WELL WHY WAS THE PIZZA TRACKER SAYING IT WAS MOVING ALONG. HE TELLS ME THERE ARE TWO NEW PEOPLE WORKING THERE AND THEY MUST HAVE BEEN PRESSING THE BUTTONS FOR THE WRONG ORDER. HE THEN BEGINS TO TELL ME HE WOULD GIVE ME THE ORDER THAT WAS LATE TO US FOR FREE AND ADD ANOTHER 2 LITER OF COKE AND A LAVA CAKE AND ALSO THAT I HAD A 30.00 CREDIT FOR THE NEXT TIME I ORDERED FROM THEM. SO I WAS GLAD THAT HE WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH US FOR WHAT HAD HAPPENED. I ASKED HOW MUCH LONGER SHOULD IT TAKE BEFORE IT IS DELIVERED HE SAID GIVE IT ANOTHER HOUR THIS WAS AT 1:30 I SAID OK. AT 3:00 THE WIFE CALLED BECAUSE THEY STILL HADNT DELIVERED IT. SHE THEN CALLS THE MANAGER WHO SAID HE WAS THERE OUT IN HIS CAR SITTING THERE WAITING. I LIVE IN A DUPLEX SO HE SAID HE CAME UP TO THE DOOR THAT WAS LEFT OPENED WHICH WAS THE NEIGHBORS AND YELLED DOMINOES, HE NEVER KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR. HE THEN SAID THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE TO MEET HIM, WHICH KEEP IN MIND ITS POURING DOWN RAINING. THEN WHEN HE MEETS HER HE SAYS RUDELY HERE IS YOUR FREE PIZZA. SHE THEN BRINGS IT INSIDE TO CHECK THE FOOD AND NOTHING HE PROMISED EXTRA WAS THERE AND PART OF THE INITIAL ORDER WAS MISSING. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND TO INSULT MY WIFE BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKE AND PROBLEMS WONT CUT IT. I WILL BE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH...

This location is severely unprofessional. Placed an order on the app at 7pm and was given a wait time of an hour and a half. The order was in the prep stage for the entire hour and a half. We kindly entered the store at this time to check on our order. We were told our order was not started and given a time of 15-30 minutes. 35 minutes later, the staff were extremely rude. They explained that they are understaffed (which is understandable) and they have “no control” over the app and prioritize other orders. Yet, we had checked in multiple times in person and were understanding and kind, met with attitude. You’d think if a customer who had already paid and checked in, the order would at the very least be considered. The place was absolutely filthy and the staff were standing around staring and drinking coffee… if they were working they were moving at a snails pace. After waiting 2 and a half hours and being treated disrespectfully, we were denied a refund. Needless to say, the atmosphere, service, hygiene, and work ethic are absolutely horrible and I will never recommend this location. We also explicitly ordered a pizza without mushrooms due to a severe allergy, and got home after a total of 3 hours to find mushrooms all over the food. I ordered a pizza at 6 pm, was charged, waited over 1 hour, I called the store, they said there was no order, and they canceled it because they were out of pan crust and sandwich dough. They never notifed me, I had to call after an hour of waiting. I replaced order for chicken and stuffed bread, and a regular dough pizza. I wait over 1 hour and 20 mins, mind you I live less than a half mile from the building, but have no way to pick up the pizza as I am disabled. So I waited, the drive dropped my soda, and said dont open it for a little bit, laughing. I got the pizza and chicken, the chicken was tiny little over cook chewy pieces, less than the size of a quarter, picture attached. The Pizza was cold , waiting 3 hours 4 mins since I first placed order, cold pizza, the stuff bread was soaked in oil, and had a foul taste and smell, must be from oil I believe. Dominos offered nothing to me for this terrible service, they also forgot my dipping sauce for the chicken, and I paid for 2 extras!!! no napkins, no plates,......I order a lot from dominos, and after last week missing toppings on a pizza, Im officially done.
