I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe with 2 shots of blonde espresso and no whip on bottom. Angelina, Angela, Angelica? (Went back next day, confirmed it was Angelina) I don't remember her name but it was something along those lines made my drink and honestly THIS is how I want it made every time. It was delicious, and I've had the exact same order at many different Starbucks but this one was hands down the best. I don't really know how since you'd think they follow a recipe or something, but somehow she made this one really good. I hope she get an acknowledgement or SOMETHING because this was seriously good. To the amazing staff working the morning (maybe early afternoon) on Wed the 8th! You ladies are truly the best! We travel the country for work, and while in Watsonville, I mistakenly put an order on my Starbucks app but went to the wrong Starbucks 😑 Only realizing once at the speaker in drive-thru. Starbucks on Main and Auto center Have gotten my drink wrong at least 4 times in the past month. I always order through the app and double check my order before placing it. One of the times, I ordered an iced coffee with milk and was given just milk in a cup with ice. The second time, I paid extra for cold foam and did not get any at all. I’ve also noticed this location uses very little ice so on my order today, i added extra ice and surprise, its almost as if i had asked for the opposite- light ice. It had approximately 5 ice cubes.
