If I could give zero stars I would! Placed a mobile order for carryout on Arbys app. Got to location and it wasn't ready at time stated. Waited over 20 minutes. Saw one employee tell another employee " Can you finish this order up. He has been waiting for a while." He then handed me my cup. The other employee ignored my bag while taking other dine in orders. Prob 5 orders that he took. He then started putting orders on trays for others. I only had 8 minutes left of my 30 min lunch at this point. I asked the worker who was supposed to be finishing my order if I could just get a refund since my lunch was almost over and I had to go clock in. He ignored me and went over to talk to the other worker who gave him the bag but when he came back he did not respond to me or gave me my bag. So basically I bought a meal that was not ever given to me and after waiting 15 minutes past the time is was scheduled to be ready and trying to get help from any employee, I had to leave with no food and go back to work. After work I called and asked for a manager and she was very rude and not helpful at all. Just repeated several times I would need to get refund from app. I sugggested she could give me some free meal coupons or just let me come next day to get my lunch but she was not interested in an apology or making this right. Read moreUpdate: I'm not sure why I keep going to this location other than it's the nearest one. In mid-January, ordered 4 sandwiches at the drive-thru. Employee asked me to my face if I wanted sauce. I said yes, both kinds for all 4 sandwiches. Should not have to check 10 seconds after being asked, but of course when I got home, there was not even one pack of sauce in the bag. Made the sandwiches inedible and wasted my money. So exasperating that this happens consistently.
Original review: This Arby's used to be outstanding -- efficient, accurate, fast and friendly. This past weekend, went for a takeout (only drive-thru was open). Ordered 4 regular roast beef sandwiches and only received 2 packs of Arby's sauce and 2 packs of horsey sauce, not nearly enough for 4 sandwiches. Disappointing.
On the receipt, it even listed 4 packs of each. It should be standard to include 1 pack of Arby's sauce and 1 pack of horsey sauce per sandwich. Will have to check the bag when they hand it to us before leaving the drive-thru from now on. Should NOT...
Read moreI stopped by Arby’s for a sandwich, a water, and a bathroom break I ordered a chicken cordon sandwich with ez mayo and 1/2 cheese. I have a large beard that needs some trimming so I figured I would lessen the amount of food that was likely to end in my mustache and beard. The sandwich I received for my $8 was disgusting. It had about 10-12 times the amount of mayo a sandwich would usually have. It was also smeared all over the outside of the wrapper. When I took it back up front I was told I was wrong, it couldn’t have been intentional, and the same folks in the back laughing at me was going to make me a new sandwich I got a refund and when to Culver’s instead.
