Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Waukesha

So I came in to place an order for the $6.99 and I specifically said that I wanted two medium hand-tossed pepperoni and sausage pizzas and I wanted one of them to be half pepperoni only and I specifically said it was because my daughter does not like sausage at all they gave me a pizza with half of it sausage instead. The music was so damn loud customers and cashiers couldn't hear each other. Then they were messing up orders like crazy. A customer got the wrong pizza so he brought it back in. When asked where was the receipt he says it's in the box so they adjusted the receipt and put it into the warmer. The person removed the pizza from the store for at least five minutes or more and instead of remaking it they just gave it to the person it belonged to 🤮 I wouldn't have wanted that pizza. I don't want free food discount etc I want retraining please so I can go back to enjoying my experience like I have for the last four years we've been coming to...

Worst ever. I never give a bad review unless nothing is done. We stopped delivery because it is hours and I mean hours with completely cold food. So we went to competitors for over a year but today decided to try them again but pick up this time. We ordered ahead because they are busy during dinner hour. We had a 6 o'clock pick up. At 524 we recieve a text that our pizza will be done it 10 mins. I tried calling, three times, everytime transferred to a number that just kept me on hold. Unfortunately the person the person that picked up our pizza unknowingly got a half hour old pizza. Ice cold and soggy. Never again. Go anywhere but the Waukesha store. We ordered a pizza online when we were leaving the gym the estimated time of arrival was 813 but the delivery driver beat us home over a half hour earlier then the estimated time. The delivery driver was extremely rude and never called to tell us he was here. He snapped on us so we told him never mind on the food then the manager called me and left a very mean voicemail. Why didn't the driver or the store called to say the food was here? This isn't the 1st time the delivery was a bad experience the other time they were over 2 and half hours late so we called the store and tried to cancel but no one answered the store phone.
