This location is absolutely AWFUL and they could care less. I generally use the mobile app to order my food with curbside pickup so it should be relatively easy for them and me. The wait time is always at least 20 minutes. Once I couldn't check in so I called the store to have them bring out my order. They told me they have no control over the app and I'd have to go through the drive through. Well, I already paid and I'm not paying again. They told me it won't go through if I don't pick it up. Well the drive through line was at least 8 cars deep, so I had to wait in line to get to order. As I was sitting there, all of a sudden, my order showed picked up in the app when I never checked in. Got to the order speaker and tried to explain what happened and he was completely clueless so I just said I would come in. They acted like I was an inconvenience for them and never once apologized. Figured I'd give them another chance, the next time I order again through the app. Go to pick up and all of the curbside spots were taken so I pulled into one of the drive through wait spots. It still let me enter the # when checking in. I wait at least 20 minutes and this lady comes out and immediately starts yelling at me that I cannot park in the drive through spots. I explained that there were no open spots. She then told me that I should have just waited until a spot opened. I'm not sure where exactly I was supposed to wait for a spot to open, all of the cars sitting there were there for a while since the wait time was out of control. Her attitude was completely uncalled for. I finally asked her why she was being so rude to me, I already waited 20+ minutes for my order and I was greeted with yelling. She then said something under her breath that did not sound very kind and she stormed off. These are the worst encounters I've had, there are more. I've written directly to McDonalds and they've never once responded to me other than the generic response stating that they will pass the info onto the location for further review. No one was standing at the counter so I was greeted by 3 large "Place your order here kiosks" each with their own hand written note informing me that the Frappé machine was broken taped to the lower right side blocking some of the enormous touchscreen. The kiosk politely said nothing while it allowed me the "convenience" of entering my own order (I'm sure this isn't a targeted means of keeping their labor costs down.) We waited at least 10 minutes in an empty lobby for 4 sandwiches and an Unhappy Meal. We observed Birdie flying in and out of the store to deliver "Parks" and the Hamburgler must have returned to McDonald Land hooked on higher levels of cholesterol as there was an exstream confusion as to where the Double Quarter Pounder was, then the debate turned to whether a Quarter Pounder or a Double Quarter Pounder was needed, wouldn't be that hard to know if you weren't "serving off" orders that hadn't yet been "served" but then store data would show what miserable service this location provides and we can't have that. Anyhoo when our number was finally called I check the bag found the 4 sandwiches, while my daughter peeked in her box. I had to ask for the bottle of milk that was ordered with the Unhappy Meal, and we headed home. After being home for ~ 10 minutes my daughter asks where I put her Unhappy Meal fries, seems in all the Hamburgler Chaos the Fry Guys must have pilfered the box because an establishment that markets their wares primarily to: Children with toys and deep fried chicken paste, and to Adults with the promise of quick friendly service, wouldn't fail on all fronts would they? Of course not check those 12 - 1 Drive Thru times I bet it is 90 a second or less...
Read moreI've had very few good experiences at this location. Everytime I go here something is messed up in my order. Today I sat in drive thru for 40 minutes only to be ignored and have 3 other cars get their orders taken first. When I did finally get my order taken I got a strawberry banana smoothie and when I was handed the smoothie it was grey and watered down not to mention there was a solid inch and a half gap from the top. I went in and complained about it and about how it even tasted heavily watered down and I was told by the manager it was my fault that it tasted different even though they have never tasted or even looked like that before. She was at least kind enough to make it again for me in a larger size but it had the same exact problems as the first one I received. When I was in there I didn't see a single person wearing gloves and the person doing fries had his phone in his hand every few seconds I looked. Which this pandemic going on, employees should be REQUIRED to wear masks AND gloves and should not be handling personal devices unless absolutely necessary as to prevent contamination. I understand that during dinner rush things get very busy and I know this from experience in two different fast food jobs and I know that sometimes you may be under staffed but that doesn't mean the product should turn out this way and the manager should NEVER act this way towards a customer especially since I was polite about the situation and just wanted it re-done. This is the last time I plan on going to this McDonald's due to the many times I've had problems here.
