Today was a very BAD🤢🤮 Experience. Big flies n other bugs crawling around tables etc. An employee non stop talking even getting right up on customers about sudoku etc, couldn't take an hour without way too much get this get that, not allowing the customer to just order n move on. Also talking about the toilet not flushing out loud while people eating, an employee smoking with the door open so I was forced to smell it, talking about maggots etc. We planned on coming for happy hour in the summer nope we'll just make it our self.
Was there again for taco Tuesday and good was great, restaurant was clean and stocked and service was great.
Was there Tuesday n food was great restaurant was clean service was great however the older lady with blonde hair was wearing medical not food gloves n kept touching her hair which is nasty as hell. Why wear the wrong/any gloves if your still going to be nasty. Stick to cashier or something else.
(A few months ago)My experience was great today like it was three weeks ago food great including service and two completely different crews, however I noticed the same problems like dirty tables however at least this time the straws etc were stocked.

Read moreWent to taco John’s for lunch today and the experience could not have been worse. Not sure what was going on but the place seems short staffed with the drive thru worker trying to take our order and listen to the drive thru orders coming in. It was painful to stand there and try to put in our order with the worker who didn’t seem knowledgeable at all in the menu or what Taco John’s even offers. On top of it, I ordered a stuffed grilled taco (which I have ordered many times from this place and it had always been made right) without the hard shell as it is my favorite thing on the menu, potato Olay’s and the fried chicken and potato taco. Not sure why this request was such a hassle but the comments from the kitchen that “it’s supposed to be a stuffed grilled taco with the shell” and this entire interaction felt like it took 9 years and my food was made incorrectly which tainted my experience with this place. Didn’t even want my food remade because of the poor customer service and the hassle it seemed to even order food to eat. On top of it, the ladies room wasn’t even accessible the entire time we were there which was about 30-40 mins. No longer a fan of this place for going down hill with the customer service. Read moreI ordered 6 meat and potato breakfast burritos that I wanted to customize and the guy that took my order was too lazy to press buttons on a screen, so he wrote it down on a piece of paper and handed it to the person making the food. Of course, my order was wrong. I reached out to corporate, and I haven't heard from them. Guess they don't care. Update: Corporate never reached out to me. Also, you can't even place an order with the app until 9 a.m.. How does that make any sense? How are you still in business? Update: Once again, I had an issue with the same guy as last time. Granted, it's been a while since last time. Why does he still work there? I do, however, greatly appreciate the ladies who have made my food and the other ladies that I have dealt with at the restaurant. It's usually the ladies that I've dealt with when I get food to go, and my orders are always to go. The two latina ladies that make food are the best and deserve raises as well as the young lady that I believe is on maternity leave or was recently.
