Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Brookfield

This is the closest Starbucks to my home and is a regular stop for my afternoon Cold Brew. This is a relatively new store and the staff seems to rotate/change frequently, but I’ve enjoyed good service no matter who is on the afternoon shift. It’s difficult to get to this store, because it’s located on the SE side of a busy street, with no traffic lights to assist with the left turn. Workers are always staying busy, store is always clean and has a calming atmosphere. My drinks are always done at the time the app estimates and I’ve never had an unpleasant interaction with any of the employees. Coming here is always a treat, I’ve always enjoyed business that have employees who are very human. No fake emotions, you can tell when it’s been busy and they are stressed but they never let it stop them from saying have a great day when I say it while exiting the store. I highly suggest...

I placed a mobile order for in store pick up and when I walked in I was instantly greeted with happy smiles and a welcoming good morning, not the fake customer service good morning just because it’s their job.
