Ordered two smoothies at the drive thru. They were both leaking and sticky as she handed them to us. She apologized and handed us a bunch of napkins. All of a sudden, both smoothies were like little volcanoes and they were leaking everywhere. We had to pull over and get out of the vehicle to clean it off our shirts, pants, car seats, shoes, etc. I walked back inside to ask for more napkins and a cup of water to help clean the sticky mess up. The man at the counter was very nice and gave me a large cup. But he said that happens all the time. Seems like if it happens, maybe fix the problem? Once we were finally cleaned up. Waited in line for about 15 minutes, then was in line where you can't get out for a additional 40 minutes. Wasn't even to the speaker yet to order. I literally called (no manager on duty) and asked if they could have the cars pull up that we've waited way too long and haven't even ordered yet. They couldn't. My daughter had to go to work by 5pm.
