Ordered two smoothies at the drive thru. They were both leaking and sticky as she handed them to us. She apologized and handed us a bunch of napkins. All of a sudden, both smoothies were like little volcanoes and they were leaking everywhere. We had to pull over and get out of the vehicle to clean it off our shirts, pants, car seats, shoes, etc. I walked back inside to ask for more napkins and a cup of water to help clean the sticky mess up. The man at the counter was very nice and gave me a large cup. But he said that happens all the time. Seems like if it happens, maybe fix the problem? Once we were finally cleaned up. Will never go back. 3rd time going and knowingly knew the wait was long but today took the cake. Waited in line for about 15 minutes, then was in line where you can't get out for a additional 40 minutes. Wasn't even to the speaker yet to order. I literally called (no manager on duty) and asked if they could have the cars pull up that we've waited way too long and haven't even ordered yet. They couldn't. My daughter had to go to work by 5pm. From 3:15- 4:25 in line never ordered had to leave. I will NEVER suggest anyone going here if you don't have 1.5 hours to wait. All while the kids inside are standing around, texting on their phones. We were dining inside and asked to leave at 9:33 pm so no other customers would come in to the dining room.

If you advertise you are open until 10 pm and you have the open sign on, you don't ask paying customers to leave so no body else comes in.

Rude. Irresponsible. Immature.

Also, someone needs to tell Mr Hair, aka the Tom Cruise character from Cocktails, to change his gloves if he picks up trash off the floor and pulls his pants up before he goes right back to grabbing handfuls of ice to complete an order.

The tossing items into the air and catching them in his mouth wasn't impressive the first, nor the 10th time.
