.....WARNING.....READ THIS BEFORE EATING HERE... A lady just posted the following account of her visit to this location and I’m quoting her directly below. IF THE “MANAGEMENT” DOESN’T HAVE THE BRAINS TO EVEN KNOW WHAT HEALTH SAFETY IS HOW CAN YOU EVEN THINK OF EATING HERE OR LETTING YOUR FAMILY PUT THIS STUFF IN YOUR MOUTH, SERIOUSLY.
“ FYI!!!! I’m posting everywhere i can and reporting to Health Department.
Hubby and I went to grab some wings at Buffalo Wild Wings in Waxahachie. We were having a pleasant meal when across from us a little girl was getting sick. While trying to throw up she pee’d all over herself and the chair. She must of been about 4 yrs old. I could tell she didn’t feel good when they came in. They hurried up and paid for food they just got and left. I noticed on the chair a puddle of pee. I notified one of the hostesses to tell whoever was going to clean that table to make sure they didn’t use the same rag on the table that was used on the chairs. Shortly a man came over and started to clean the chairs and only the chairs. We felt somewhat comforted and then he threw the rag that was used on the chairs right in the table. Okay I was so angry this happened I asked our waitress to send over the manager. Well the same man that left the pee rag on the table came over. I was shocked. I told him I witnessed what he did and asked if he understood what he cleaned up Without gloves. He said yes. Omg I was so disgusted by this time and even more angry. All he did was apologize. I then told our waitress what he had done and she said the general manager was in if I wanted to speak to him I said yes. He come over I told him what happened and he didn’t even thank me for saying anything just said he would talk to the manager. Wow!!! Then they sat people at the table that had a pee rag on it. I’m blasting this all over social media and reporting them to the health department. How much more disgusting could it...
Read moreEdit: I just want to update this. A week ago I wrote this review and my husband and I have come back and sat in the bar area. We have noticed a HUGE change. The manager, I think his name is Tim, was very active with picking up plates and glasses. I'm not totally sure if it was due to this review, but I wanted to let you all know that it was definitely noticed. The service from the bartender was fantastic too.
Let me start by saying that my husband and I are regulars here. We typically come on the days when Anastasia is working at the bar and normally would be very happy with the service. On this particular day, 1/30/2019, we arrived with my in laws and son. When we arrived, we waited at the door for about 5-6 minutes for someone to greet us. There were no employees to be seen around 1130am. Once finally greeted and taken to the table, we had to ask for the table and seats to be cleaned due to food on the seats and leftover sticky soda on the table. Haylee promptly approached us and took our drink orders. While she was friendly and the order was correct, we still had to ask multiple times for things, and at one point, my husband had to get up and go to the bar and get the limes I had asked for. It took more than ten minutes to receive just a cup of sauce. The wings were so dry that I was afraid to send them back due to how long it took for us to even receive the order. The thing that has irritated me the most about this is that the dishes and beer glasses were left sitting on the edge of the table waiting to be picked up and they were never tended to. They just kept piling up. At one point, one of the managers (dark hair) even walked by, looked RIGHT AT THEM and just kept going! He even had an empty tray in his hand and didn't pick up one plate or beer glass. We finished our 2nd round of drinks with the plates and glasses like that before flagging down another server and asked her to remove them. This was definitely...
Read moreUnfortunately, one of the worst experiences. I ordered our food and chose delivery at 6:30pm. When I received the confirmation it said 9:30pm, so I called the restaurant to see if I could make it earlier, and I could just come pick it up. They said they were able to change the time for pick up at 6:50. At 8:00pm we still had not received our food, so I called again, and was told it was in the warmer still and Doordarshan hasn't picked it up. They then asked if I wanted to come get it, I asked if they could please remake it cause it had been sitting for over an hour, she was polite and said yes. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:10 to just wait and pick it up when it was ready. At the pickup counter the girl told me Door dash had just came and picked it up. Obviously frustrated I asked for a refund or if they could please remake it, because it Obviously was the food they made at 6:30, and I wasn't even sure if they would drop off the food since I wasn't home. The pick up counter then went to get the manager, I waited for at least another 5-10 min(saying he was the only manager there) before he came out, when he finally did the first thing that he said was Door dash has your food, I said listen this what has gone on, before I could even finish explaining the nightmare he told me "I cannot do that". I asked again why would they give that old food to door dash when they knew i was coming, he then said we have more than one girl at the counter. At this point it was already past 8:30pm, and I needed to get my children home and in bed, and the manager was clearly not willing to make it right in anyway. It was a terrible experience. The worst part about it was, I was excited to take the night off from cooking and the family was excited for their food, we did not receive food or a night...
