Worst experience I have ever had at any mods pizza and I go to many my refrigerator is covered with mods stickers i usually go to mods 2 times a week with family as of today I will not promote mods being the best place for pizza pie from the experience I have had at the waxahachie location the dough was hard and broke the dough when they tried to stetch it they had 100 or so pizza dough made ahead of time which made the pizza hard the staff would not make my pizza like i asked. after my pizza was made a customer asked for basil on her to go pizza they took my pizza and put basil on it and gave my pizza to her in a box she brought it back and complaining its not hers they then took tongs and removed the basil and gave me my pizza cold hard and not what or the way i ordered it i spent 38 dollars and some change telling my family i brought that it was going to be the best pizza they've ever I WAS WRONG AND VERY EMBARRASSED I think Burleson store experience is what i expected every mods to be like i was wrong and I am removing the app and wont waste my money at this location ever again. If the district managers don't do something with this location it's going to shut this business location doors down I don't see this store staying open long i won't return I spend way too much money at mods to receive pizza like that it was not a mods experience at all Ron is the management at Burleson location that i attend daily I will continue to go to the mods Burleson its fresh and always great and the staff knows what they're doing "waxahachie...

We used to frequent here, but since the quality and service has declined over the past few months, this is no longer a first choice for us. We gave it another try tonight and unfortunately came very close to walking out mid-order.
Customer service is always the top priority in any food service business. Being rude and raising your voice is an absolute no-go. Your attention is on the customer, dont ask what they want, and turn away to yell at a fellow employee, ignoring the customer. Corrections are done 'off the floor' and away from customers.
Food presentation is also important. Sauce should be closer to the edge, and toppings should not be concentrically higher as they get closer to the middle. We are not building a sandcastle or piling up our dirty laundry. We are making pizza.
Overall, cleanliness is another key factor. Planning labor can be a challenge (I get it, I've been in food service and management), but at the start of or prior to the end of a shift, assign a team member to do a walk thru of the restaurant (at a minimum). Set the standards and meet them. Excelling is even better.
No, you did not deserve a tip, so you can wipe that look off...
Read moreHorrible experience. Despite no one being behind me in line, I was rushed through the entire process. I told the person helping me I had never been there, and she offered little to no help other than to tell me the toppings were included in the price.
I wanted a small pizza, but wasn’t given the option before she pulled out the regular size.
I asked if they had vegan cheese, and was told the cheese was “non-dairy.” I asked if it was vegan (as non-dairy doesn’t mean vegan) and she simply said she didn’t know. I said that was fine, I would skip the cheese. She proceeded to YELL across the restaurant to three different people. Only one person knew the answer.
When my pizza was being cut, they used the same knife they had used on a pepperoni pizza, and interchanged the pizzas with the same piece of parchment.
Rude staff, sub-par pizza, and the cross contamination made me so nauseous that I ate one piece and couldn’t eat my leftovers.
The environment was extremely tense and uncomfortable to be in.
The one saving grace was that they were playing the Smiths.
NEVER going...
