Belk — Local services in Waxahachie

The Waxahachie store was amazing. A wonderful lady greeted me and asked if I would like a coupon today. I didn't think I would use it, so I declined. She asked if I was going to buy anything. I said yes, socks. She suggested that I might be able to use it, so I graciously accepted it. On my way to get the socks, I noticed a rack with men's short pants, and a sign showing I think 50-80 % off. WHOA! I'm hooked and I haven't even bought anything yet. I found 2 shorts and the socks. The nice lady checking me out was very helpful in explaining the return policy, then saying how much I saved today. I'll be returning...

I purchased a Clinique product on Sunday and the sales attendant put the product in my bag with my free gift. All was good until I got home and realized she gave me the wrong product. I had to drive back to Waxahachie to try and return my product after work to find NO ONE working the Clinique counter. There was only ONE person working the ENTIRE cosmetic floor. I stood and waited a LONG time to have other people waited on before me that came in after me. I ended up just walking out of the store frustrated without getting my product exchanged because it was taking SO LONG. You need more help at...

We found so many great sales, we had to make ourselves stop shopping after a certain amount of time (and a buggy full). What is so great about Belk is the variety of choices. My daughter, who was shocked at how much "cool stuff" she found, put it best: places like Old Navy and Target (which we love) carry an expected style of things, you know what you're going to get when you go there,...but Belk has a wide range of choices for every kind of style.
