I sent my husband twice to order a personalized pizza and both times the Hispanic lady that works there told him he couldn’t order a personalized pizza because there’s still pizza on the buffet line. Obviously there’s always going to be pizza on the buffet line! I’m annoyed that the personalized pizza service they advertise to offer is just a big lie! It’s also annoying that I’m sure the personalized pizza option is a hidden fee that’s included on the buffet price that we pay! Otherwise it wouldn’t even be an option! No one offers anything for free! I’m annoyed that we were told we couldn’t order a personalized pizza when it’s part of a service that we paid for!!!! In addition, the Hispanic lady cleaning the tables just reached across my table to take my plate without giving me enough time to tell her that I was not done yet!!! It’s just rude! No table manners! The least she could do is wait until we are done and have left the table to clean it! Just a bad experience!!!! I would love to hear from corporate so that they can explain the personalized pizza option. Read moreI hate to do this but our whole experience was gross. We went on a busy Saturday(6/17/23) during lunch time and food was fine. But when we sat to eat a foul odor (feces) came about. We thought oh maybe it’s the baby sitting behind us. My son noticed the bus boy 2 tables down from us. He noticed him digging in his pants. He told my husband and he said let’s move tables. We moved to where my husband could see the bus boy. Then my husband noticed him digging again and grabbing the cleaning cloth. We all stopped eating. He went up to the front to tell the girl at the counter. she apologized and said someone was going to talk to him. We will never go back! I just thought how unsanitary. He is wiping tables and picking up plates and it was clear he had an accident. He did look like he may have a disability but that’s a health hazard. Read moreI used to frequent this franchise often - say, three, maybe four, times a month. Now I rarely go, and a recent visit reminded me why.
First, the establishment was CLEAN and TIDY. The busboys were efficient and thorough. The floor was clean. The counters were clean. The salad bar was neat. Visually, all was spic and span. I start here, because it takes diligent management to make this work.
But . . .
While I appreciate the tidiness, I go out for food. My wife's comment after our visit a couple of days ago was "Well, they seem to have become a food court vendor. Blah, blah, blah." I agreed with her - as to the pizza itself, it all tasted the same, and that taste was bland, nondescript, spiceless. I wonder if this happened because so many small children are in its market. Maybe "older" tasters demand more zing in their food than a five-year old.
