We were there early morning today (7/24/20). My husband ordered a #1 (Big Mac value meal), and I ordered 2 hamburgers and a large diet coke. He asked if they had root beer to drink - the response was a very rude "Sir we haven't had root beer or lemonade for over 2 years!". So he ordered a coke. We pulled around to pay, and the cashier stuck this credit card machine out the window and shook it at him. He put the card in, and then she again shook the machine back at him with a very rude "Sir - take your card!". We pulled up behind the one car at the pickup window. They were clearly having a conversation with the window person. We thought - "are they just killing time?" - no they were discussing their order. Ten minutes later, both they and us shut off our vehicles, along with the 3 cars behind us. Probably 15 minutes later, they finally got their order and left. We pulled up, the window said "a big mac, quarter pounder w/cheese, and a coke - right?". We responded, no - a #1 value meal, 2 hamburgers and a diet coke. We were then asked "you want fries with that?". Doesn't a value meal come with fries??? 2-3 more times we were asked what we ordered, drinks were handed out in this time frame, and about 10 minutes later, we were handed a bag, and the window said "I think this is correct". I looked in the bag, and there was a large fry, big mac, 2 hamburgers and a quarter pounder. Told them, "yes, it's correct", as we didn't want to wait any more time, and left. The fries were so salty that there was salt on the bottom of the bag, no ketchup/mustard/onions/pickle on the hamburger (just bun and burger), no special sauce on the big mac. Absolutely the worst McDonald's experience we've ever had. Really - half an hour in the drive thru??!! Plus, the soda's had very little flavor, so the machine is not working correctly. To top it off, the window person was only wearing her mask over her mouth, making it virtually useless. If it wasn't for the fact it was late at night, and they were about the only option, we wouldn't have stopped, and I don't think we will...

When I pulled in I didn't have to wait to place my order but there was a line ahead. Got to the cashier and paid. That went smooth. Went to the next window and was told to go to stall 9 to wait for my meal. Stall 9 was behind me so I had to drive around the building to get to it. We paid for the order at 9:21. Say 3 minutes between placing the order and paying for it. I went inside at 9:48 to find out where my food was. I was handed a bag for stall 3. No receipt. No apology. When I inquired why it said stall 3 when I was told stall 9 I was told well that's it. So McDonald's, big huge company need to pull the franchise rights for this location. 30 minutes to get my order and I needed to go get it myself. On top of that it was cold and probably left by someone that got frustrated and took off. Close the location until you can get your act together. Prices are going up and the service is getting worse. I love breakfast at McDonald's but there is no way I will ever go back. The day before I went to a sit down breakfast place 1/4 mile away. They were packed. I was surprised to only need to wait 5 minutes to get seated. We ordered and were eating faster than a fast food restaurant could get me my food. Just pathetic. If I could I would give a zero. Just that bad.
I go to this McDonald's quite a bit and the service really isn't the same as I have had in other cities. On this trip I had 2 cars already through taking their order. Placed my order and paid for it. Was handed my soda and told to go to a parking stall to wait for the rest. After watching a guy running aroind with orders outside for almost 10 minutes I finally got my breakfast. It was 20 degrees outside with a pretty low wind chill. I work accross the street. When I got in to eat my food was really cold. Whoever owns this chain needs to get their act together. We ordered 10 pcs chicken nugget meal and a snack wrap meal. Simple. We were given the wrong bag of food 3x. We first received a mcdouble and a large fries. We were in a hurry so my bf took a glance at the bag and saw a wrapper so he thought we got my snack wrap and drove. I then checked it and noticed it was wrong so we came back to return those and brought our receipt. They gave my bf a new bag they said "that should be the right one." He came out and I checked the bag and they gave us a snack wrap, 2 mcchicken, and a large fries. Almost right but no. So I sent my bf back in to get what we actually ordered. He waited bc they were ignoring him. 2 customers finally came in and asked if my bf needed help with something and my bf said we got the wrong order but the staff said they already helped my bf. She took the new customers' order and kept ignoring my bf and went back to the back. Another staff finally came out and heard we got the wrong order again. So that rude staff came out and finally asked my bf what he wanted and rudely threw the bag onto the counter.
I was watching and hearing the whole thing. I was on the phone with my bf. They checked the receipt. It's a simple order and it wasn't busy. There's like 4 cars and a couple of people inside the store. It's not rush hour nor closing time. It's not that hard to be nice. We just wanted what we paid for. This location was one of the couple we go to bc food is decent but your staff don't have manners and that wrecks the whole thing.
Messing up our order basically means you messed up other people's order too and...
