While they have a unique range of items - the customer service is lacking. We were excited for a local salt water taffy & soda store - after today we won’t be back.

The taffy is expired/melted. In no way is it what I had intended on purchasing. I filled a large bag of all my favorites to get home & be extremely disappointed & disgusted. $14.99 for a large bag of mess.

I decided to bring it in this afternoon, the young lady at the counter didn’t seem to care. As you offer no exchange, refund or any sort of resolution for this kind of disappointment. We spent $87 at your establishment- we love a local business . Unfortunately This was very upsetting, we went to celebrate our anniversary yesterday..bad choice on our part. I sure hope she at least took the taffy off...

My grandsons (ages 9 and 4 years old) and I went to look through the window of this candy store (they weren't open yet) when the clerk came and told us we could come in. We had so much fun picking out lots of types of candy you don't find anywhere else. We also bought some old fashion root beers to have a tasting contest. We wanted to see which root beer we thought was best and then we wanted to see which was better root beer or birch beer. We decided Hank's was the best root beer but Hank's birch beer was better than Hank's root beer. We had so much fun doing this taste testing. Thanks, Rocket Fizz! Really amazing experience with the family. We were in from out of town, and saw this place near our hotel. You could go there everyday of the year and try something different. As others have mentioned, lots of new fun candies and sodas and tons of ones from days of old. A must go check out for yourself place.

For a candy store, prices are a little high, especially for imports (watermelon fanta from China and grape fanta from Russia). But for a treat I guarantee you'll find something you like. (I walked away with some Gobstoppers and a local Sioux Falls brand Birch Beer).
