Flyboy Donuts – Sioux Falls' Sweetest Destination!
If you're on the hunt for the best donuts in Sioux Falls, look no further than Flyboy Donuts. This place truly soars above the rest! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the irresistible aroma of fresh-baked goodness and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
The variety here is impressive—whether you’re craving classic glazed, filled, or something more adventurous, Flyboy has you covered. Their donuts strike the perfect balance between fluffy and sweet, without being overly heavy. My personal favorite? The maple bacon bar—it’s a delicious blend of savory and sweet that’s hard to beat! If you’re feeling indulgent, the long johns and fritters are must-tries.
The staff is fantastic—always quick with a smile and happy to offer recommendations if you're having a hard time choosing (and trust me, you will be). You can tell they take pride in their craft, as every donut looks picture-perfect and tastes even better.
To top it off, the coffee here is a great complement to their treats, making Flyboy Donuts the perfect spot for breakfast, a midday pick-me-up, or whenever you’re in the mood for something sweet. Whether you’re grabbing a dozen for the office or just treating yourself, you’ll leave with a smile.
Flyboy Donuts isn’t just a bakery—it’s an experience, and one I can’t...
Read moreHorrific experience. In town for vacation, took the wife and kids to get a doughnut in the morning as it's close to our hotel. Mid-age guy behind the counter never said a single word. Had an upset look on his face and kept sighing and tapping his hand on the counter impatiently while we selected our doughnuts. Wife asked him a question (if Fritters are part of any of the box dozen deals etc) to which he just glared and shook his head no. The real nasty bit happens when ringing us up, I saw he added a "convince fee" line item after running up the doughnuts. My kids grabbed a milk from the cooler and then he rung that up and added another one of these convince fee charges. He did it so fast so I wouldn't see it on the screen and progressed to payment quickly. I didn't ask as I could tell he wasn't in the mood and figured if give benefit of the doubt and just look when square emailed me my receipt. Sure enough, 2 of them added. I'm guessing for each time he touched the screen.
Scummy. 30 bucks for 10 doughnuts and 2 drinks...didn't need additional fees and the joke of being asked for a tip. Will...

I’d say it was definitely a step up from the powdered eggs that were available at the free hotel breakfast. The woman who was working had a friendly attitude and prepared my sandwich quickly. When I came back later for some donuts to share with my colleagues, she helped me make some hard choices. They were all devoured in short order.
Now, when I come back, I expect to fly...
